Loved our stay at this property. Beautiful ocean view with an area to watch the sunset.
Property listing indicated the unit was air conditioned. This was definitely not accurate. There was a portable air conditioner in the bedroom but nothing in the rest of the unit. It was miserably hot, over 80 degrees, in the unit the entire trip despite the use of multiple fans. Almost to the point of being unbearable. We would have asked to move but were there during Iron Man so knew there wouldn’t be anything available.
Overall we had an amazing time. The place is clean and updated. Perfect for a family of 3 - 4 people. Great location, and perfect grounds to enjoy. Also an excellent place to take sunset photos.
Loved spending time on the lanai and watching the waves. Very peaceful.

We enjoyed our stay...the views, landscaping and pool were exceptional. We enjoyed cooking on the BBQ and the condo was perfect for all our needs.
Beautiful ocean view and ground floor access. Very comfortable living room seating and bed. Well appointed kitchen. Construction next door was a bother and the unit is alongside the public beach access to the saltwater pool so lots of activity day/night. Kona Isle grounds and pool new wonderfully maintained.
Our stay was very pleasant! This location was walking distance to town. Check-in and management where welcoming and quick to respond with any requests. Ocean view was beautiful and weather was perfect. Only downfall was pool was under construction for the month of April (stated in description) and construction cones in-front of our unit only (not stated in description). Would recommend this unit to friends and family . Mahalo!
We were very fortunate to stay in this beautiful ocean-front unit at Kona Isle! The ground-level location is so convenient, and the view from the lanai is amazing. Being able to sit at the outdoor table to eat, relax, and watch sunset was really a treat. We would definitely stay here again!
We had some hiccups with plumbing, managers made prompt attempt to help out and communicated well. Nice place! We would book again!
The property and the view was amazing! We BBQ'd and sat out on the chaise lounges near the beach. Wonderful sunsets every night. We were happy the bedroom had AC, but it was a stand-alone unit and was kind of loud at night. No sound of the waves over the AC.
A lovely, modern unit in a truly perfect dreamy location. Couldn’t ask for better except the carpet was a little sticky and this is minor compared to everything else so pleasing. The view and amenities were 1000%. Highly recommended unconditionally. Thank you to the Owners for sharing the unit.
