We have stayed at Kona Isle before and love the location. We loved that this unit is on the ground floor, but it had some problems. The kitchen was extremely well stocked, but unfortunately it was TINY (the washer/dryer in the kitchen took up a lot of space). Very little counter space and only 1 person could fit at a time. The old electric stove was either too hot or not hot enough. The air conditioner was LOUD--you had to speak loudly to be heard over it. The king bed made the bedroom feel too small. Overall, clean, well-stocked, but VERY SMALL. The 2 of us felt cramped--I would never attempt to have more than 2 in this place.
Location was perfect! Absolutely loved being right by the pool and beach area!
Really enjoyed our stay. Homeless camp next door only problem. And we understand management is doing what they can. BuyBButButButButhomeless
The condominium was very well decorated and clean. The rooms were well appointed with every thing needed for us to make meals and enjoy the stay. Check in was easy and consisted of filling out a card by the managers office. An assigned parking space made it easy to park. The pool and ocean view were very nice. My only suggestion is to put a plunger in the bathroom. I needed to unclog the commode once during the stay. Fortunately, I found the property manager in the morning and he found me a plunger in the pool bathroom and that fixed the problem.
The unit was clean and comfy. The property was well kept and the location was nice as well. I will recommend it to friends

We had a great time staying at the Kona Isle. It was a great home base located conveniently near to downtown Kona. It was great to listen to the waves on the shore from the bedroom.

We love the area by the ocean. The three Bar-B-Q were very nice.
The unit was perfect and amazing location. We appreciated all the linens available for our family of 4. The pull out couch and bed were very comfortable. The beach accessories was appreciated. Our by far favourite thing about the unit was the location. A ground unit was nice to have and being right on the ocean was amazing with unforgettable views!
We stayed at Kona Isle B5. It was a small ground floor unit with a small patio. Worked well for the 2 of us. It was clean and comfortable, large bed, small well-equipped kitchen. A short walk to the pool and BBQs. Enjoyed BBQing and eating out there, watching the sunset. Close to the KTA grocery market, the 2 weekly farmer's markets. No complaints!
The condominium is beautiful close to shopping restaurants amazing ocean view they have everything you can need in a Condominium rental. The place was super safe quite and safe for kids or family is more like a nice quite place to be No for party or anything like that since you need to respectfully to others. We love it for sure coming back soon
