Located on the second floor of the Kailua Village building, you`re only a single flight of stairs or a short elevator ride from the ground floor. The home has laminate flooring throughout. The bedroom has a king-sized bed and can be closed off from the living room by sliding panel doors.
Take a break from the hustle and bustle of your day and relax on the sofa in front of the flat screen smart TV. The home is equipped with complementary wifi so you`ll be able to enjoy all your favorite streaming services while you`re here. A second smart TV is located in the bedroom for your late night entertainment needs.
The kitchen has an oven and full-sized refrigerator, as well as a coffee maker, toaster, and more. Equipped with all the essentials to make all your favorite `home-away-from-home` cooked meals.
There is an air conditioner positioned right outside the bedroom in the living room capable of controlling the temperature inside the entire unit as well as ceiling fans throughout.
As a guest at Kailua Village, you will have access to the in-ground pool as well as on-site coin-operated laundry facilities. This unit is located on the second floor, but you’ll have access to the elevator for easy transport of your luggage to the unit.
We provide complimentary starter essentials including paper towels, toilet paper, dish soap, laundry detergent, hand soap, trash bags, kitchen spices. We also have air mattress, pack and play, and high chair available for rent.

Great space, comfortable, generally modern, and well equipped. Fantastic area to be in with respect to Kailua-Kona as you can walk to all restaurants, shops, shared bike locations, and a few local beaches.On-site laundry was a wonderful plus and the shared parking space really came in handy in a village with not a lot of available parking.I would definitely book this space again!

For an older property, every attempt has been made to modernize the space and it absolutely works. The unit was cleaner than any VRBO I’ve ever stayed at and there were no bugs which I did worry about. There were more amenities in this space than I have ever seen in a VRBO! Communication with First Island Realty was fantastic. Instructions were clear and very detailed. We had no problems upon arrival with the instructions we were given. We absolutely will stay here again next year if available! Thank you First Island Realty!
It was a very old building showing its age. Pool was totally inadequate, fences surrounding the property forced walking away from the beach to go downtown. View was of a garbage disposal and church parking lot. Furnishings were cheap and garage sale quality at best.
Had a great time staying in this studio. It is a great location walking distance to the main street and a bunch of restaurants and bar, but far enough that you can avoid them also. The place is a little old, but very clean and comfortable. The bathroom was well supplied with all the essentials toiletries and then some. The kitchen could use the same treatment as the coffee and salt and pepper were nice, but something things like oil or other spices and supplies would be nice. Still a very nice place and made for an enjoyable stay.
I stayed here for the Ironman in Kona. It was walk-able for everything. When I arrived the AC was already on, but most days I shut it off during the day and opened the back door and front door to get some fresh air going through the house. Everything was accurate in the place and the Wifi was good. I worked remotely from the condo and had no drop out issues. I was extremely happy with the place.

Loved the King Bed and had a door to minimize light pollution. Excellent location to many restaurants and to the Kona Inn for a nice dinner. Lots of free parking for the rental car which you will need to go see the erupting Kileua volcano. Very close to many Kona Coffee farms as well. We had a blast. The kitchen was well stocked and had sharp knives. Laundry is on site and there were beach supplies if needed. As advertised!
