Construction Notice
Beginning August 2025 and continuing until further notice, the complex is performing spalling repairs on stair landings and walkways. Work includes removing damaged concrete, treating exposed steel rebar, applying high-strength grout repairs, and repainting affected areas. Guests may experience intermittent construction noise or temporary disruption in certain areas during this project.

Spent 10 days, loved the patio to have dinner and enjoy the sunset, would definatly stay here again!
Wonderful apartment very clean, complete kitchen, new appliances in a very good location.
Everything was nice and clean. No issues at all. I would definitely stay here again. The only downside was it was about 5 miles from town, which wasn't bad except when traffic was heavy. Overall, I would recommend staying here.
The property was beautiful, wish there was air conditioning in the small room but we made it with fans. Property had lots of amenities chairs extra coolers Etc which was very helpful as well as lots of fans to help stay cool. Overall a great week and will definitely stay again.
Very nice condo. Convenient location to snorkeling, manta rays, atv tours, farmers market and Kona coffee. No A/C but a lot of fans and looks out over golf course and ocean. Lanai and BBQ are great!! Enjoyed our stay
Lovely, clean, peaceful condo. Great views, well stocked for beach adventures! Close to a great snorkeling beach and town. Also several nice pools on the property We were very comfortable and thoroughly enjoyed our stay here.
Nice condo. Needs a few things repaired. Don't think owners have been there in awhile. Definitely should have 4 beach chairs, no matter what.
This is my 2nd time on the big island. My brother lives in Kona. We vacationed here to celebrate my daughter graduating college. The condo really served us a place to lay our heads. We were on the go a lot. We enjoyed the pool one day tgat overlooked the ocean. The condo had everything we needed. I would suggest a few more beach towels that are bigger and maybe 2 more stand ups rotating fans. Other then that, it was perfect. Will be back!
This condo was very nice. We would probably have chosen to stay elsewhere if we had known there was no door between the master bedroom and bath (we're older and we get up several times during the night, so we woke each other here). The management company was wonderful to work with, and the neighbors were lovely. We enjoyed the pool and walks to different things in the area.
