Great host. Excellent house and communication. Made use of all the amenities, kitchen (cooked 2 dinners), backyard (gorgeous), jacuzzi, laundry, beach supplies, etc. Minutes from coastline, restaurants and shopping. Hosts had suggestions on where to visit and eat.

The house was very clean & in a great location to experience the Big Island. Grocery stores & restaurants are close by. Ryan & Leah were very helpful & responsive. Beach towels & gear are provided & super convenient to have. The kitchen had everything needed to prep meals, we made breakfast & lunch almost daily at the house. The property description accurately states the AC is in the bedrooms only & central AC is not a common amenity on the island, however the common area was very warm even with opening the windows- not ideal when coming back from a long day of hiking or the beach. Maybe the weather was unseasonably warm, but it was not comfortable for us to spend time in the common area for this reason. This property would be perfect if it had central AC.

We had a three generation Spring break and enjoyed the house so much. The accommodations were great and the house is very close to downtown Kona, making it easy to run to the grocery or pick up sushi takeout. We enjoyed dipping in the plunge pool after a warm day visiting beaches and had nightly dinners outside listening to the frogs. The host grows and roasts coffee and we were lucky enough to get a little extra with our garden tour!

Once we found the correct driveway, everything about our stay was wonderful. It's a quick and easy drive to town and many sites. Thank you, Leah. We had an amazing time.

Our host, Ryan, was so accommodating and awesome to deal with, wanting our stay to be perfect! And the home is warm & inviting; clean, well-equipped and a beautiful backyard where we enjoyed many meals and sunsets.

We had an amazing stay. The house was beautiful and kept clean. The owners even sent us personal text messages, letting us know things to do if we had any questions. I would highly recommend staying at this house for anyone, it was perfect for a family.

This well-designed house is perfect for a high-end stay in Kona. It is set in a gated, but not pretentious community and the grounds with hot tub are secluded and quiet. The kitchen is unusually well-equipped and everything one could think of is provided throughout the house and outdoor shower.Communication with the owner/managers was excellent and Ryan showed me around his extensive fruit garden and coffee plantation.Bottom line; highly recommended!

The owners were so kind and helpful. We loved the spotless hot tub. We frequently stay at VRBOs and this home was one of the most well stocked homes we have been to. The outdoor shower was an added bonus. They have thought of everything!

Such a lovely home and property! Special touch of hand roasted Kona coffee was waiting for us when we arrived. I would highly recommend this this house if you are going to Kona!

Ryan and Leah were great hosts and their house suited our family of six perfectly. Minutes from town and stores but quiet and secluded with beautiful sunset views. We appreciate the well stocked kitchen with quality tools and equipment. The hot tub was great to unwind in under the stars after long days exploring the island. We enjoyed our stay and would not hesitate to book again next time we’re back in Kona.

Our stay in this property was one of the highlights of our trip to Hawaii. It was a personal oasis, including the landscaping, hottub, and ocean view, while only 5-10 minutes from all the action in Kona. We enjoyed the most incredible sunsets every night. The house was the perfect size for our family of 5. Plenty of space and privacy. We appreciated the tour Ryan gave us of their farm, and all the beach items one could need. I highly recommend this space, I'm already missing the outdoor shower.

The property provided a truly beautiful escape, with wonderful sunsets and breathtaking views that we thoroughly enjoyed every evening. The location was perfect, offering easy access to town and the surrounding area, allowing us to take in the farm, the stunning scenery, and the local wildlife. The tranquil setting was exactly what we needed to relax and unwind. The house itself was incredibly comfortable and provided a perfect place for us to enjoy our stay.

This place was the perfect place for us. If only we had a longer stay and more time to enjoy it. It was perfect for 5 Adults but could have easily accommodated 6 adults (3 couples). It would also be a great place for a family with kids. Ryan was absolutely great and right there if at anytime during your stay you need something. The coffee they gave us from their own plants was great to brew each morning. The view (especially sunsets) was incredible. It is so close to the beach, stores, restaurants etc., but yet off the busy highway and very private. You are so busy during the day exploring and enjoying the island, that the hot tub is perfect for the night when you get back. You can relax all while star gazing and enjoying the perfect evenings. The house, especially kitchen is stocked with everything you need to cook a prepare a complete meal. If we come back to the island we absolutely will be booking back at this amazing place.
