Wrap-Around Sunset Views | Pool & Hot Tub Steps Away

Our stay was generally fine and pleasant. We were spoken to once about our children being noisy before 8:00 a.m.; however, the noise was coming from children outside the condo, who had also woken us up.The primary concern was the cockroaches. When we raised the issue, we were told it was addressed in the contract. After reviewing the contract, my understanding was that, due to the tropical environment, it is possible to encounter a cockroach—not that there would be an ongoing or significant infestation.The number of cockroaches was far beyond what we reasonably expected. While I am not an expert on insect life cycles, there were many cockroaches of multiple sizes throughout the entire unit. The largest were in the bedrooms, and in the kitchen, opening drawers often revealed dozens of mixed-size cockroaches. This gave us the clear impression that the unit was not being well maintained.When this was mentioned, we were told that we could purchase items ourselves to make our family more comfortable and be reimbursed. However, we did not come on vacation to perform pest control or maintenance. Other places we visited on the island were able to manage this issue to a comfortable and reasonable degree, which reinforces that this situation was not unavoidable, but excessive.

Beautiful Spot! Was a perfect fit for our family. Well equipped with everything we needed and they also had a play and pack and high chair for our grandson.

Amazing views. Was clean and comfortable. A variety of beach items available. Will definitely want to stay here again.

The sunset was amazing. Plus they have towel, chairs everything you may need there to use.

My family and i stayed here for 2 weeks. We loved every minute of it. It's a great location to be close to everything but still far enough away to relax. There was 6 of us and we had plenty of room. Absolutely gorgeous sunsets

Reviewer Comments: Overall, myself and my family had a wonderful stay, highlighted by the wonderful view, comfortable home and first time experiencing Hawaii. The rental property was very spacious, well equip and had a wonderful location full of golf course views, ocean views and short walk down the stairs to the easily accessible pool. The open air environment allowed for great airflow through the house even with the temperatures being in the mid 80s. While doing research for housing in Hawaii, bugs were always something i saw on reviews for any home and can gladly say, they were limited in this home. I would easily rent this property again and recommend it to any other friend or family. Knutson and Associates were very attentive and wanted to ensure that our stay was pleasant.

Very nice facilities, staff friendly and helpful, gorgeous views of the ocean from a roomy and furnished balcony where we drank coffee and ate breakfast every morning. Also loved the location - conveniently close yet away from the busy hustle. There was even snorkel gear and boogie boards provided by the host that we enjoyed using. My family stayed for a week and look forward to doing it again.

Very private , balcony is over looking a gulf course then you can see the beautiful coast . Would definitely recommend this villa and stay here again in the future . I have a big family so having a kitchen 3 bathrooms and washer and dryer was ideal . Closet was packed with linens and extra blankets and pillows as well . Only downside was that there was only AC in the downstairs bedroom , everywhere else had ceiling fans . Loved how quiet and calm the area was and how beautiful and serene it was when we opened all the shades in the morning . Everything you need is provided in the kitchen , all appliances and utensils and plates and cups , pots and pans . We bought a few essentials and made breakfast in the villa every morning before leaving to our activities. Beach chairs , beach towels , goggles and more are also provided in this villa , which was very helpful . Overall we were very happy here and felt right at home . And the price was great too!
