Property Overview
This spacious, beautiful three bedroom condominium has been designed for privacy and casual living, furnished with comfortable Island style furniture, including a large private lanai, air conditioning, ceiling fans, large closets, and washer/dryer. It is also equipped with a functional kitchen with cooking utensils, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, blender, and rice cooker. Living room with 55' HDTV cable television, DVD with remote control, free WI-FI, telephone with speaker phone and free long distance call to mainland USA and Canada. Two parking spaces are right in front of the condo.
There are 5 beds including a Cal-King bed in Master Suite with a build-in 32' HDTV/DVD, and two twin beds for each guest bedroom. Two bathrooms with all amenities including a hair dryer, iron and iron board, etc.
Condo Complex Features: This smoke free complex with beautiful gardens and manicured lawns offer two large swimming pools with hot tub and spa. Enjoy your pool/BBQ party and your homemade cocktails at the large Barbecue facility by the pool with your family and friends.
Location: Situated across the ocean at Alii Drive and 5 minutes from the well known Magic Sands Beach Park, the Vacation Escape condominium at Kona is the perfect retreat for travelers to Hawaii. The convenient location is the best within minutes to downtown Kona with all the favorite local restaurants, shopping centers and several well known snorkel beaches with all ocean activities.

The condo was perfect for our 2 month stay. Close enough to walk to town and beaches. Condo is as listed. Fifth time staying in this complex and is very homey. Would recommend and stay in this condo again.
The property was quite roomy and well laid out. I would have preferred if one of the secondary bedrooms would have had a double bed instead to two single beds. Enjoyed out stay
Great location for this hard to find 3 real bedrooms condo! Each room has AC ( little wonky in master, timer only goes for an hour but when you get up to use bathroom just flip back on) nice private patio. Small Grocery store across the street!! Management company was so helpful when the dishwasher needed to be replaced!⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Great place with very nice amenities (good sized lanai, common pools and outdoor grills, etc). The photos definitely undersold this place! Interior is slightly dated but functional. Kitchen is well equipped (except for sharp knives, which we fixed!). The location is central and not far from downtown Kona by car and the rest of the island. It’s a 10min walk to the ocean or so (great for sunsets), and while we had up to 6 adults staying overnight at one point, we were all snug yet comfortable. The housing complex is well maintained and taken care of. Yes, there are many house rules, but they are not difficult to adhere to. Neighbors are all very nice and property manager was very responsive too. I would recommend and stay here again for sure.
We spent a month in the condo and thoroughly enjoyed our very relaxing trip. It is centrally located and all recreational and shopping facilities are within a short drive. As we do not frequent too many beach sites, we were not concerned with then need to drive to a beach. The owner has beach equipment, such as boogie boards, snorkel gear, umbrellas etc. available. We would stay here again if we decide to return to Kona.
We enjoyed our stay in this sweet 3 bedroom/2 bath condo in Ali'i Lani. The condo complex is so nice with 2 pools and other amenities. Just across the street is shoreline access where we watched the sunset almost every day and we even did some fishing and lots of exploring. The management company was always available and helpful. We would stay here again.

Pots and pans could use an upgrade, but we loved and used the heck out of the George Foreman Grill. I would definitely stay here again.
We stayed at the Ali’i Lani condos. The condo we stayed in was well stocked, comfortable and a good location for exploring the rest of the Big Island of Hawaii. A phone that allows one to call home for no charge was a bonus.
Great location easy access ~ nicely furnished and clean.
