Our newly updated condo is located in a rare spot right across from the beautiful Magic Sands Beach, whose sands appear and disappear depending on the swell and current. With two spacious bedrooms and two bathrooms, our condo is perfect for your beach getaway.

Not only is the location perfect, but the amenities are fantastic! Central air, elevators, a heated pool, a BBQ area, tennis courts, a sauna, a pool table, tandem undercover parking, and more are all at your fingertips. You'll never run out of things to do!

Our condo is situated on Alii Drive, close to local farmers markets, grocery stores, restaurants, shopping, a movie theater, and golfing, all of which are well-known in the Keauhou area.

Inside the condo, you'll find a large living room with a TV, WIFI, and central A/C. A washer and dryer are also provided for your convenience. We've even taken care of your beach gear needs! Beach chairs, boogie boards, beach towels, and snorkeling equipment are all located in the storage space by the parking stall.

When it's time to rest, you can choose from two spacious bedrooms. The master bedroom has an Eastern King-sized bed and an attached private bathroom with a standalone shower and a spacious vanity. The guest bedroom also has an Eastern King-sized bed, and a guest bathroom is prepared with a shower/tub combo.

At White Sands Village, you'll have access to one parking space corresponding with your unit (#322), a tennis court, an outdoor swimming pool and hot tub, BBQ stations, and shared patio areas. A secure passcode is provided for ease of check-in and added security.

Joshua was very welcoming! He was super on communication! His unit was a perfect location for accessing beaches, points of interest, dining, and tours. The unit itself had everything needed for a stress-free stay. From lots of towels and beach towels, to binoculars, to paper products, to cooler bags, to beach chairs, boogie boards and other beach toys, this unit had it all! There was even a welcoming box of chocolate macadamia nuts and a bag of Kona coffee. Joshua was a super host and if future travels bring us back to the Big Island, we would definitely stay here again. The assigned parking spot was an added bonus!

Everything was great! The directions to the condo, inside the complex weren't completely clear, but after about 5 minutes of driving, we found our parking space and our condo. Our host was easily reached for questions and was informative and friendly. The condo is in a perfect location: close to beaces and many restaurants. The condo was perfectly stocked, clean and comfy. We loved the balcony which we used every morning for breakfast and every evening to relax. The view: one way was the ocean and the other direction were the mountains. We didn't use the beautiful pool or BBQ area, but both were great clean spaces.We were traveling with 4 adults and we used the provided boogie boards, snorkling gear, noodles and beach mats. It was a great 4 night stay!

We had a great stay. Great location to the Magic Sands beach and kids also had fun playing in the pool. Short drive to grocery store, lots of good food options close by. Josh communicated quickly and was also flexible.

Location is amazing with easy access to beach. Pool is fabulous and the unit was as described. Google maps made finding our parking space a challenge in the dark. Josh was very responsive to any questions throughout our stay so never felt alone. Great trip.

Where do I start. Great location, comfortable beds. Very well stocked and I'm not kidding. There was some salad dressing. Mayo, mustard a couple of beers. Lots of stuff that we would have had to buy. The best beach in Kona is right across the street. This condo is a must stay.

i feel like the pics were a little deceiving. The Magic Sands restaurant is across and down street but there was a pic of it saying exterior. The place had a weird funky musky smell to it. But great location and wonderful beach chairs and umbrellas. updated appliances which were nice! Bathrooms need updating but work!

This condo is in the perfect location, especially if you are not planning to spend all of your time downtown Kona. The views are amazing, the people are friendly and the location is laid back and quiet. The owner of the condo was amazing and allowed our last day on the island to be exactly what we needed (thank you Joshua)! The added amenities allowed us to have chairs, coolers, bags and many other things to use while heading to the beach. The condo is spacious and was exactly what we were looking for. We will definitely book this condo again for any future travel to the Big Island!

We had a great stay at Josh’s condo. We enjoyed the “homey” feeling, the location was great and view was beautiful. The restaurant across the street was tasty, especially for breakfast and coffee at the Shack and there are many beaches within a few minute drive. Additionally, downtown Kona was only about 10-12 mins. Be aware that the beach across the street is not there in late February/early March - we didn’t realize the beach was gone for months out of the year, but thought it was ”magic” where the tide would make the beach appear/disappear based on time of day not year. We spoke to residents of the village who noted it is usually gone January - mid/late March. Some other pros included: fast communication with Josh, comfortable master bed, nice amenities at the building including pool, hot tub, parking spot, sauna and grills. A couple cons were both bathrooms needing updating, the hot water not lasting very long (ie, barely through 2 adults showering), dirty dishes in the cabinets, many of the pans needing to be replaced (non-stick coating is flaking and basically gone in center of a few), and our infant son not being able to go in the pool because of a “no swim diaper” rule, which we were aware of prior to the trip.

Overall, we really enjoyed our stay here. The property was as advertised, clean, everything worked well, host was helpful and communicative. Pool and hot tub were both good, and never too crowded. One tiny issue - Google maps directions weren't quite right. The complex has two driveways, and the parking is not connected. Google directs you to the southern driveway, but you need to turn into the northern driveway, which Google maps doesn't seem to know about. When coming from North, it will say "Take the next turn" - which works (because you hit the northern driveway before the southern) but we came from south, turned too soon, and got confused our first time.

We had a wonderful time staying at this property. Nice pool area and balcony to enjoy the outdoors. A great set up in using the BBQ. Josh went above and beyond in answering any questions to assist with the enjoyment of our stay. We would recommend this property.
