This stunning condo is located in the oceanfront building of the Kona Bali Kai, although not an oceanfront condo. There isn't an ocean view, but your proximity to the ocean is VERY close!! Just a walk through the under building parking garage, and you're there!
The unit has everything you'll need for a wonderful home base while staying on the island and is an affordable option to the oceanfront choices! You are in the oceanfront 'hotel', but you just don't have an oceanfront (or ocean view) room.
All the same amenities at the resort as the oceanfront units, including washer/dryer in condo and also, upgraded A/C system. Of course, pool and jacuzzi use as well.

Great stay in Kona. The condo was clean and well appointed with everything you might need during your stay. The bed was comfortable. Easy parking underneath. It was fun watching the surfers early in the morning. Thanks Holly!
The interior of this condo is as beautiful and new as it looks in the photos. Everything is spotless and new. It is supplied with really everything you could need - not just while in the condo but many items that are helpful for day trips around the island. The condo itself is not ocean front, but the building provides chairs/loungers/grills/picnic tables on the ocean side so that it is easy to relax and enjoy the ocean and sunsets. We really didn't have any problems, but Holly was very responsive for the few questions we had. We were very happy with this rental.
Holly had everything we needed and more! It was a beautiful and roomy apartment. It does get nosy because it’s on a main road but nothing ear plugs at night can’t fix.
Love, loved this place! Updated, super clean, location was great, beachfront access, lots of shopping, food, markets close by. Would highly recommend. Holly was an amazing host. Definitely would stay here again
Aesthetically pleasing but operationally complicated. There are a lot of unlabelled light switches for the many fans and lights and the barn door on the bathroom sticks when closed. Host left nice treat basket but handymen arrived before official checkout time (11 am) and entered apartment when we were not there. Balcony is spacious but faces the parking lot with dumpsters that are emptied early in the morning.

Our stay was absolutely wonderful! The place was very spacious and had a fully equipped kitchen with all the appliances you could possibly need, plus a large refrigerator. Everything was clearly labeled and easy to find. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking to stay in Kona.
This was such a great place to stay! Seriously, the condo was better than the pictures and it was beautiful. The balcony was amazing! It was overall perfect :) if we ever come back here, this is the place we would stay!
This is the most well stocked VRBO we have ever rented. Holly is also the most responsive host we have dealt with. The unit includes everything from excellent steak knives, dishes, spices to the basics like toilet paper, soap, shampoo etc. We have never stayed at a VRBO where we were not required to purchase toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap etc. None of that was required here because already stocked. The AC worked flawlessly and the instructions to the unit were spot on. The walk to the water/beach is literally four to six car lengths from the building and through the ground-level parking area. The only slight setback for us was the noise (while sleeping) from the road as it is a main one and the unit is close to the roadway. This will not impact you if you live in a busy city and are accustomed to street noise. There is no ocean view, but that was clearly noted in the description of the unit. The building is centrally located which is perfect for driving to snorkeling beaches to the north or the south. One of the best snorkeling beaches in Kona is only a few miles to the south of this unit. The building is also about 8 to 15 minutes (driving) to major shopping. Overall, the unit is the perfect size for two people and very well located.
We had a great time staying at this condominium. Holly was amazing and very responsive to our few questions. Although the patio faces the parking lot, the access to the beach was only a short walk down the stairs and a few steps the front of the building. The interior finishes were modern and finished in great taste. We enjoyed our stay and will definitely be back.
I have been staying at this condo complex for many years. Will be back next year.
Super comfortable, clean and great location!
Very comfortable! I loved all the amenities and appliances. Short walk through the garage and you can sit on the grassy area or beach and watch the beautiful views of the ocean and palm trees. I appreciated the beach chairs and umbrellas when we went to Hapuna Beach. I also loved that it was an easy trolley or Uber ride to town. It was a great stay! A week wasn't long enough. Holly was a great hostess!
