Good host
The amenities were very useful and appreciated. The room was well equipped, maintained and clean.
This property is awesome.and the view is unmatched. We enjoyed just sitting on the Lanai and hearing the waves, watchin people go by, and of course the sunset. Loved that it was right in the middle of town and could walk to everything.
They were kind enough to allow us a very early check in when requested even though they had a guest leave just before. Loved the views. The one thing we did not like is the bedroom had glass slots instead of a real window which made the bedroom pretty noisy.
Very nice condo in good condition, excellent central location, convenient parking. AC works well, but note that it is necessary to keep the bedroom door open at night for cool air to circulate. A few small things short of a 5-star review, but I would definitely stay here again. Well-equipped and a good value.

I was thrilled with the location and assigned parking, making it a great location to stroll the waterfront or head out in a car to explore farther locations on the island. We were disappointed with the cleanliness (mainly the floor), lack of renovation in the second bath. We removed shoes when we checked in (as we usually do in homes in Hawaii), and later found the bottom of our feet were black. Didn't go barefoot after that! While the listing mentioned the upgraded kitchen (true), the second bath was a big disappointment! A very sloppy job was done to remove the bathtub to create a very small shower and room for the stacked washed dryer. The tub faucet was left on the wall of the "new" shower to bang your shins against! Also the door was looking pretty ragged with a lot of corrosion - just looked out of place with the kitchen updating. The location was everything we hoped it would be, just a little disappointed with the cleanliness and lack of updating throughout the unit to match the kitchen.

Perfect location.
Absolutely loved this property. Cannot beat the view -having coffee and wine on the balcony overlooking the Pacific Ocean was amazing , we love to people watch so we enjoyed watching the activity on Ali’i. Walked to dinner every night. Bed was comfortable and we slept great . Having a designated parking spot was a plus. I saw other comments about the telephone wires and noise - but we didn’t have an issue with either. Slept with AC on for white noise at night, Just FYI, there are two beach chairs , two boogie boards and two ice chests there as well .
I highly recommend this property! The ocean view from the deck was spectacular! The property was very spacious and clean, with easy reserved parking. In the heart of downtown Kona with plenty of restaurants and stores within steps of the front entrance. Under property condition I gave it 3 stars because it is dated and needs some renovation, but the location, ocean view and cleanliness to me outweighed that. Also, communication with the property manager was 5 star! Overall I would definitely come back!

Very well equipped condo in the heart of entertainment and shopping area. Property management was very easy to communicate with and accommodating. Nice having a full kitchen and washer/dryer in the unit. Only negative for us was the noise levels from the very busy street and nightlife below. For some, I recognize this proximity would be a plus. But if you want a quiet seaside experience, be aware. Overall, we really enjoyed the stay!
