We do not hesitate to recommend this rental. It was perfect for our family of 5. Everything was clean, the beds were comfortable, and the views were amazing. Check in and check out were very smooth. Everyone was very friendly and helpful! We loved the location and the amenities and the property is gorgeous! I would recommend if you stay here to pick up some cheap washcloths somewhere that you can use and throw away because each bathroom only has 2 washcloths.
Parking was tight but we survived. Dryer needs a heating element. Drying clothes took hours. Everything else was very nice and clean.
It was a great location in Ko Olina, close to shopping and dining. The communication was great before check in and throughout our stay.Two things we wish were better was larger parking spaces (they were all compact in a place where families stay and most families had SUVs and minivans) and the towers were confusing. There were multiple elevators that led to different locations in the same building and we wish we knew that before booking so we could get two units near each other for our guests to easily see each other.Overall, it was a great stay!
This was the first time using VRBO. Originally we considered staying at a hotel, but was looking for someplace a little more quiet and away from all the touristy areas. Ko Olina Beach Villas is the place. Great service, beautiful grounds, friendly staff, outstanding luxury rooms with views. Amazing to wake up to the beautiful views and sounds of the birds. Clean and spacious. Far enough from the crowds, traffic and night time noise, but close enough to shops and stores. Will recommend to all our friends and families.
Beach Villas at Ko’Olina were perfect for our family of 6. Grounds were beautifully maintained, pools were not too busy and allowed us our own space to enjoy. We loved the beach bar and grills. Location was perfect, situated in a peaceful lagoon, but near all of the shopping and restaurants. Unit was well stocked and gorgeous and loved that it had a large table to have meals out on the lanai.My only complaint would be the guest bedroom bed was extremely uncomfortable and sagging on left side of the bed.
We traveled with family from the UK and USA. The condo worked well for us with the three bedrooms and three full bathrooms. We borrowed a crib, and it kept our 15 month old nephew safe.
We liked our stay at Ko-Olina. The condos are close together, so privacy is somewhat limited. We got a note about a single flipper left on a balcony - a bit much for our taste. Parking spaces are tiny for a minivan...
