- Please Note: A scheduled kitchen sink vertical drain line cleaning will take place between 11:30 a.m.-1:30 p.m. on November 6, 2025 as part of routine preventive maintenance to keep building systems in excellent condition. During this time, licensed contractors will need brief access under the kitchen sink for about one hour, and guests are kindly asked to avoid using the kitchen sink and dishwasher that day. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation as this essential work is completed.

The location is ok in the holding. We paid a premium price for a corner but it turns out here was less balcony facing the ocean. The master faced the parking lot. There should have been a discount. Otherwise, all was good. Loved the property and its vicinity to shopping and restaurants. Would satay in the same complex.
TVs in two rooms did not work, including the main room. WiFi was not great. Some of the items I request to be repaired were promptly fixed, while TV issues and loose headboard was not fixed. This location had some rules. For example we were told not to toss a foam football in the pool. Nor could we have umbrellas on the beach. Otherwise the place was pretty nice. AC worked well and was helpful. We could not hear the neighbors and we slept well. Place felt spacious. Pool area was nice. Check-in and Check-out was great, there was staff on site to help with our needs. They even brought our bags to the room. BBQ at the pool area for everyone to use, full kitchen in the rental. Rental also had chairs, umbrella, cooler to borrow as needed.
The host was in consistent contact making sure we had what we needed. The location was great and the property was very nice.
Great unit, lots of space. Three nice sized rooms, with plenty of bathrooms. Had everything we needed.We asked the 2 twins be switched to a king. Really didn’t work pushing twins together. Be better to have a king bed. A little inconvenient to get to family in another tower with separate elevators and card keys, but we managed. Fed koi fish daily with grandkids. Beach access was perfect. Overall I would recommend this unit and Beach Villas.
The condo was exactly as described and we enjoyed our stay so much. We appreciated the extra amenities available such as the coolers, beach chairs and noodles. We would definitely stay at the property again. Mahalo!
The property was lovely. There weren’t any beach towels and our contact brought them as soon as we let her know. Also the dishwasher stopped working while we were there. It was easy to report problems to the property contract.
Loved this property. Would definitely want to come back here. Great get away from all the tourist areas. Awesome private beach. Close to a couple of restaurants and cute shops. The staff was great. We did rent a car, which I would recommend if you wanted to do any sight-seeing. The villa was stocked with everything we could have needed and more.
Nice
The property was exactly as described and allowed my family the opportunity to relax and enjoy our time at the beach. We were able to cook all the meals we wanted to with the dishes and appliances provided, there were plenty of towels to use throughout the week and everything worked as expected. Great location with accurate description and photos. Would return again for sure.
We really enjoyed the condo at Ko Olina. The quiet pool was very nice (but sometimes not so quiet) and the lagoons are great for swimming and beach! Not having a restaurant onsite was a little bit of a negative, but not much. Monkeypod Grill, Longhi's, Longboard Grill, and Noe are all close by at neighboring resorts or the small shopping center. The condo was very well supplied although it could use a pantry and instructions on tv, lights, air conditioning, etc. The property management company was not great. We were supposed to get greeter info the day before our departure but after several contacts with them (email and text) we just boarded our flight and hoped for the best when we arrived. We did have a text upon arrival, but we should have just been informed that this would happen on our day of travel, not promises that we would be contacted the day before. The greeter was very nice. However, the rest of the property management experience was not good until the last day (after dozens of texts and emails) when they gave us 2 hours later check out and a gift certificate for dinner (that I requested). The A/C never worked right (and there were codes required to change it which we were not given) and then we found a cockroach. So, YES for the property and NO for the property manager.
This property was well stocked and had every amenity to make our stay enjoyable and relaxing! The pools and lagoons were wonderful for both kids and adults. Ko’Olina is our favorite spot in Oahu and we will definitely be coming back! Highly recommend
Beautiful property
The location was perfect for our family vacation! We were able to eat out or have dinners in because the condo was well stocked. We also enjoyed the beach each day due to all of the available beach accessories. We are looking forward to returning!!!
