The view was nice….the unit lacked function. The washer/dryer situation should have been revealed. Husband and I did laundry in Nanakuli. Where on earth do you hang towels to dry?There were 6 of us!!! My husband and I have bug bites from the master bed which I understand should have had a protective covering. Bed was stained as well as pillows. Too many beach/pool/baby/elderly items to move to get access to master closet. Lighting was bad in the bathrooms. Oven took 30 minutes to heat up…large toaster oven would have been nice for that reason. Was very disappointed overall and what’s with all the rules! Some rules are fine but these are excessive. Glad to be back on Kauai…
The property was very beautiful. Easy access to lagoons, restaurants and shopping. The unit was amazing. Beautiful view of lagoon and sunsets. Plenty of space for our group.
Great layout and quiet unit located in beach tower (closest to ocean). Beautiful views from 6th floor. Wonderful clean pools and hot tubs. Lounge pool chairs always available. Beach is quiet as only serves the Beach Villas (plus a very small public parking). Many activities nearby (kids favorite: new wibit inflatables at the LineUp at Wai Kai)

We had an amazing trip for our parents 50th anniversary! The villa was spacious and clean, and the view from the lanai was perfect. Jen with Grand Welcome was so helpful throughout our trip. The beach towels and chairs were so helpful. We made our way around the island, but were so happy to come back to the villa for a dip in the lagoon and drinks on the lanai.
The family and I checked in on 6/22 and left of 7/1. This property was amazing and met every need we had. The beach lagoon was amazing with calm waters clear water and amazing guests also staying on the property. My 9-year-old daughter met so many new friends she will have memories to last a lifetime. The property itself was fully stocked with all kitchen amenities you could ask for and comfortable beds in all the rooms. The property was in pristine location close to some great restaurants with short drives to Grocery stores and Costco 10 minutes away. Adventures and tours were also close to schedule. Your had your pick of ATV rides, sunset cruises, Luao's,etc. We made several drives into Honolulu for additional excursions which were also amazing as well. If you get a chance to book the Ko' Olina I would book it ASAP it is an amazing property.

The villa was fantastic and the views could not be beat. We can’t wait to return!
The condo itself is great! It is very well stocked and very clean! The patio is lovely and the doors open wide to bring the outside in! Viewed a few rainbows out over the ocean! Only would suggest new pans as they take forever to heat up on the stove. I wish the property itself had a restaurant instead of just a bar. The owner was very attentive and addressed our concerns very quickly (minor).
It is a beautiful property. Helen was always prompt and welcoming in her email correspondences. Shane, our on-site rep was excellent to work with. Thank you for helping us have a wonderful vacation!
