• The Naiʻa Pool will be closed for refurbishment from Sep 7, 2026 to Dec 18, 2026. All other resort pools and amenities are expected to remain open during this time. Beginning Jan. 4, 2027 to Jun. 23, 2027, the Kona Tower at the resort will be undergoing villa refurbishment
• A Hawaii Transient Accommodations Tax is due at check-in per day, per unit. Please contact the resort for the exact amount.
• There is no cash available at this resort, and credit cards are the only acceptable form of payment.
• Valet and On-site parking fees will be $45 daily.
