The Neighborhood:
Sugar Beach is a good address for travelers who like their shoreline time broad, walkable, and uncomplicated. North Kihei puts Kealia Pond National Wildlife Refuge nearby for a change of scenery, while Maalaea Harbor is a natural choice for a boat outing or the Maui Ocean Center. Drive south for the restaurants, markets, and beach parks of Kihei, including Kamaole Beach Park III. Then come back to a quieter strip of South Maui coast for the evening.
Getting Around:
Kahului Airport is about 20 to 30 minutes away, an easy drive down Maui's sunny south shore. A rental car is recommended to make the most of Kihei's many beaches, shops, and restaurants spread along the coast. Some stretches near South Kihei Road are walkable to dining and shopping, while beaches are often just minutes away. Parking is typically available on site, in lots, or along nearby streets.

We loved being on the ground floor with such simple access to the beach. It was peaceful and I could have stayed there all day! We felt welcomed upon arrival and soon felt at home. The condo was clean and comfortable and quiet. The kitchen is well stocked. It was nice to have the washer/dryer so that we didn’t need to pack so many clothes. Dish soap, laundry detergent, and paper towels were provided. We would love to return!!
Good 3 star property, great location and great beach walks! Great little pub/sandwich shop with very friendly staff and clientele. We've been here 4 times and will be back next year.

We stay in this resort for the second time and absolutely loved it. The view is breathtaking! Very comfortable! Has everything you can ever need. First floor is the best option. The ocean is you backyard! What could be better than that!!!! Easy check in and check out. Our condo was ready way before check in time and getting a late check out was two clicks away. We really enjoyed our stay! Thank you!
The location of the room being so close to the beach, pool, and BBQ was a plus!
