Condo B11 is located on the upper level (no elevator) at Kihei Sands & is a PREMIER 2-bedroom townhouse-style unit. You'll have the best sleep of your life on our exceptionally comfy King bed, located in the large upstairs bedroom with ensuite bathroom. You'll find a TV here for your late-night viewing pleasure. The downstairs bedroom features a wonderful sleep-inducing Queen bed.
Whisper-quiet Mitsubishi split A/Cs in the living area & each bedroom will keep everyone COOL in their area. Ceiling fans throughout if you prefer fresh air & the sound of rolling waves to fall asleep & wake up to.
Our GORGEOUS & well-appointed NEW KITCHEN with microwave, stove, refrigerator & dishwasher make preparing meals at home a great option if you won't be dining out every night in Maui's fabulous restaurants. Stocked with dishwasher soap, dish soap, hand soap, a new sponge, can liners & paper towels to start your stay off right. You'll find ALL the spices, oils & other cooking essentials in the cupboards!
The PUB-HEIGHT dining table seats 4. The private balcony is perfect for two to watch our MAGNIFICENT sunsets while sharing pupus (Hawaiian appetizers) and umbrella drinks.
Both BATHROOMS are stunning & feature walk-in showers, gorgeous tile, glass walls & grab bars. HAIR DRYERS are provided, as well as three rolls of toilet paper & two bars of hand soap to get you started, which you'll replenish as needed. Bring your own hair & bath products, or purchase locally.
BEACH TOWELS, (4) BEACH CHAIRS, UMBRELLA & COOLER are provided for you in a closet. Take them with you when you go exploring Maui's world-class beaches!
There are many ways to soak in the warm Hawaiian SUNSHINE. Swim or SUP in the serene morning waters of our incredible bay & boogie board in the afternoons. Build sandcastles in our pristine white Sugar Beach sand. Nap on a floatie in our sparkling oceanfront pool. Later, unwind after a hard day's play while streaming your favorite shows on the 55" HD Smart TV.
Our OCEANFRONT patio is adjacent to a manicured lawn which boasts plenty of chaise lounges & dining tables (both with umbrellas) & two gas BBQ grills. Start each morning with a mug of joe (out by 7:00 am daily) while watching the sun rise over Haleakala. Grill dinner & talk story with other guests while the sun sinks in splendor over the horizon.

Return trip to Maui. Kihei was a wonderful location and Kihei Sands Beachfront Condominiums had everything we wanted! Amazing property and our Condo B11 was exactly as listed! The people (owners) were genuine and the staff was helpful! Great area, peaceful beach and lovely area to relax!

We stayed for a few nights while adventuring around Maui and then headed to Lanai. It was a great spot and we will definitely be coming back! All the amenities, close grocery, small community with the “regulars,” and right on the beach. It was perfect!
We had an amazing time spending quality time together, Having the wonderful opportunity of experiencing Gods beauty. It was a blessed trip and we enjoyed where we stayed.

Perfect mix of togetherness and privacy provided by renting several units, walk to the wedding, walk down the beach to Sugar Beach Bake Shop. B11 is clean, comfortable, well furnished and very nicely updated. The separate enclosed bedrooms were ideal for us. The beach is beautiful, clean, and ideal for long walks and little kid sand castles, sparkling pool a nice alternative to the surf. Hope to return here again.
