We can't wait to welcome your party of 4 to Kihei Sands Beachfront Condominiums B8 in sunny South Maui! Condo B8 is a 2-bedroom, OCEANFRONT townhouse-style condo on the 2nd level (no elevator) with stunning views of Haleakala, West Maui Mountains & Pacific Ocean.
LOCATION LOCATION LOCATION! Kihei Sands sits directly on one of Maui’s best swimming & walking beaches, Sugar Beach. Our just-right-size oceanfront pool has plenty lounge chairs for you to sunbathe in & pool noodles for when you need to cool off & float around a bit. Tender-footed? Our grassy area is also set up with lounge chairs & umbrellas. The covered patio tables & comfortable chairs seat 6 - perfect for dinner, reading & game or card playing with new friends.
Spend mornings with freshly brewed coffee (out by 7 am.) We provide all the fixins - just bring a mug down with you & head back up to your PRIVATE BALCONY to take in the peace, birds chirping & the sun rising over Haleakala in the east. People-watch as earlybirds go for a stroll.
You'll sleep well in our new king bed in the MAIN-LEVEL BEDROOM. The upstairs LOFT BEDROOM has its own TV, a comfortable queen bed & newly remodeled (9/2023) ENSUITE BATHROOM.
Three high-end Mitsubishi A/Cs located in the living area, main-level bedroom & the loft bedroom keep the entire condo cool & comfortable for everyone.
Our KITCHEN is stocked with everything you need to make your meals. You'll find spices & oils in the cupboards, trash can liners, new sponge, dish & dishwasher soaps, Windex for the glass tables & a roll of paper towels (you'll replenish the towels as needed.)
Each couple will have their own private BATH & in each we'll provide a hairdryer, 3 rolls of TP, 2 bars of hotel soap & high quality towel sets - two per person. Bring your favorite hair products from home or purchase them locally. Both walk-in showers have safety bars.
You find the closets have 4 Tommy Bahama beach chairs, a TB umbrella, & a cooler or two for you to take with you on day trips when you explore Maui's incredible beaches. We'll have beach towels waiting so you can change into your suits & get your feet in the water as soon as you land.
If you can stay out of Kihei's fabulous restaurants, two BBQs are perfect for making delicious dinners while watching glorious sunsets from the oceanfront patio.
Kihei Sands is known for being a special place full of the ALOHA spirit, our hospitality & top-notch guest relations. Staff is onsite 7 days a week to assist you. Here is where you'll have the beach practically to yourself - unlike the big hotel properties. Our guests are here because they appreciate all that a boutique condo community has to offer. We're just 5 miles from Kihei Town & all the shopping, restaurants, nightlife & big beaches your heart desires on the days you prefer to adventure off property.
A 5-minute walk down the beach you’ll find a Fresh Produce Market, ABC Store, Bakery & Shave Ice. Next door we have Dina's Sandwitches, a staff favorite for lunch & a cocktail.
Our central location makes it easy to access all that Maui has to offer. We're happy to share our island home knowledge expertise on what not to miss - whether you're here for a few days or a month. Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. Reviewer Comments: Condo is as described and photographed, directly over the pool and with great views of the ocean and beach. The area is a bit of a drive from restaurants and shops, but centrally located for access to all parts of the island. The kitchen is well-stocked and they provide adequate accessories for a beach day, including umbrella, chairs, cooler, towels, etc. The upstairs bedroom is NOT private as it is open to the living room and kitchen areas below, so might not be suitable for all guests.

The condo was well supplied with everything one would need for the beach. The office staff were amazing and so helpful and inviting. We loved that it was quiet and low key with not a lot of activity going on around us, but just a few minutes drive to whatever we wanted to do. We will absolutely stay here again.

Couple minor issues, couch in unit was broken and needs to be replaced. There was also an individual who seemed to be monitoring the coffee and recycling bins on the patio. We were unexpectedly lectured on not using these bins. Other than that our second stay there was perfect and look forward to coming back!

We absolutely loved our time here. The views are amazing from every room in the condo. It was well equipped with everything we needed from beach chairs to coolers to towels. Couldn’t have asked for a better vacation!
Everything was as advertised. Communication was quick and friendly. Location was great (just outside of all the traffic but only 5 minutes from everything you need).

Condo 8 has a great view, and condo was everything we wanted. The only downside is that the beach is the color of dark brown sugar, so it makes the ocean look dirty when it really isn't. If you are an avid snorkeler, or like crystal clear water, then make the 30 min drive a few days to Kaanapali beach and park for free to see clear water. The ocean isn't the condos fault, just didn't want someone to be mislead by the "Sugar" beach description. The owner is always around the property and is really friendly and helpful.

The condo was a perfect spot to enjoy morning coffee on the deck while watching the area come to life for the day. A perfect place for taking walks on the beach or sunning yourself at the pool. Many restaurants within a short drive. Only had one interaction with the onsite management company and was easily booked online. Would stay here again!
