Clean condo. We had everything we needed. We’ve stayed at the KOA resort several times and always enjoy the pool and low key location. It’s a quiet community. The rooster was easily heard every morning since there’s not a real glass window in the bedrooms- but thats a part of the Hawai’i experience! The furniture and layout in main dwelling area made it difficult to hang out as a family with couches, tables and the TV in odd positions, and I couldn’t figure out how to optimize it temporarily for our stay. But certainly not a barrier to overall enjoying this condo. Very nice kitchen. Quick communication. And the beach towels provided were amazing. Funny thing to love, but they were so nice I might have to get my own haha. Thank you for a great stay!

This property was at an excellent location, near to the Kehei and more southern beaches, restaurants, and access to the Kahului, the airport, and Haleakala. It also had convenient parking and a good pool and hot tub. The property itself had a well stocked kitchen, excellent sitting and eating areas, both inside and out, and provided plenty of towels and beach stuff. Beds were comfortable, pillows were medium, but with the lowest air conditioning setting being 73 sleeping was at times interrupted and towels stayed damp. The property was not as clean as other places we have stayed.

The property was amazing! The location is perfect. There were even supplies for use in the pool and the ocean.

Wonderful central place for our family stay in Maui. Close to the beach, the mountains, and the pool was literally steps from our door! Had everything we needed, and the beds were super comfortable. Would absolutely stay here again!

This condo was an incredible place to stay. We booked three in the same complex and it was wonderful to have individual space and also the common area to connect. Everything we could possibly need was available - beach chairs, umbrella, cooler, boogie boards. The condo was comfortable and a very relaxing place to stay. Loved having individual air-con. We only used it in the bedrooms in the evening because it was nicer to have the doors open and the breeze blowing. Loved staying here and very much recommend this property.

This lovely property is fantastic. Rooms are spacious, and comfortable beds. Locate in a quiet area but easy to access anything in maui. Very windy when we were here, however the pool was wonderful substitute for a beach. Owner has everything you need for the beaches, clean unit, easy to communicate with owner. Would highly recommend this property.

You can’t go wrong staying here, the grounds and pool are great, maybe upgrade the tv in the bedroom otherwise it worked for us

Loved the accessibility to the whale sanctuary and Kihei beach. The better beaches were in Wailea but Kihei has a more cruisy coast town vibe which we liked. Beverly’s place was great for our 5 and 9 yr old, we could sit on the patio while they kicked a ball right outside (all enclosed and safe). Great stay all up!!

The place was well maintained, and the host communication was excellent. Prior to check-in Beverly reached out and explained all of the key information about the property, amenities, and check-in process. Ideally situated we could not have had a better place to stay and highly recommend this to other travellers!
