🗝️UNIT CONDITION: This specific condo is original and has an older aesthetic. It is clean and maintained but if you are expecting an updated remodeled resort unit, this unit is not for you. This is one of the best values on Maui.
🏨ZONING: This property is Hotel Zoned and NOT in danger of the possible upcoming short-term rental ban.
🦎🐓PEST CONTROL AND ROOSTERS: Due to Maui’s rural location you may experience the occasional rooster, as well as harmless geckos. Geckos are friendly, eat insects, and are considered good luck in Hawaiʻi. Please don’t kill them. The HOA schedules regular pest control, but some insects and lizards are part of island life. Our units are meticulously cleaned and inspected. Contact us if you experience more than normal pest activity — we’ll work with the HOA to help. These occurrences do not constitute a refund or rental adjustment.
☀️HAWAIʻI CLIMATE: Hawaiʻi’s tropical environment supports a variety of island wildlife, including geckos, ants, and occasional roosters. Despite regular professional pest control, these are part of normal island living. Our units are carefully cleaned and inspected, and any contact with such pests does not constitute a breach of agreement or qualify for refund or adjustment.
