One of the cleanest property we have ever stayed at. The location was great, next to the beach. The unit had everything we needed for the beach. We will definitely stay here again for our next Maui vacation.
The condo was clean and beautifully updated. The kitchen was Well-stocked and the beds were comfortable. Both bathrooms were very nice. The proximity to the tropical pool was very close. The only negatives would be the living room furniture was not very comfortable and the outside lanai needed maintenance and looked like it hadn’t been cleaned well. Overall though we would stay there again.
Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall the condo was exactly as expected from what we saw with the listing. There are a few things that we noticed such as some of the beach chairs have seen better days, however can be expected with the amount of use they get. Kitchen is well stocked as well. We enjoyed the lanai for our dinners and the view is beautiful even though it’s not on the water. The resort for the most part was quiet even though most units appeared to be occupied. Nice location as well being far enough off the busy part of South Kihei Rd. An enjoyable stay!
Really liked that both bedrooms had split air conditioners and ensuites! Situated close to the beautiful upper tropical pool.
Clean and lots of room! It’s exactly as described in the listing. Plenty of room for a family of 5. We had everything we needed and more. The two downsides is that the place was very hot when we arrived and the A/C was not working. It took two days to get someone to fix it but that’s when they were available. As soon as it was fixed, it quickly cooled. The property manager was quick to respond. The second is that it is located in the very back corner of the complex. While the location is on S. Kihei Road, it was probably a 10-12 minute walk from the room to Kam Beach 3. Loved that it was a 5 minute drive to the Wailea shops :)
We were especially impressed by the property managers who were very responsive. For example, problem with the main AC unit - it was replaced the next day. Dull knives - replaced within the hour.
