The condo that we get a like the mountain views, and the lady that calling me she's so nice I just forget her name, so thank you we are so happy to stay in your place.
This was a great place for the 6 of us to stay. It's not quite big enough for 6 adults, but it worked. We requested and received a queen size airbed, but it had a hole and required regular refilling. The 4th floor location had a great view of Haleakala and glimpses of the ocean and gave us at least a bit of exercise while on vacation (there is an elevator which we didn't use). Easy walking distance to the beach. The pool, hot tub and BBQ areas were great. The kitchen could use a few more times like a corkscrew and spatula.
This was our first time in Hawaii and going at Christmas we knew it was going to cost more than other times of the year. This place was perfect for our needs and had two full bedrooms and bathrooms, in addition to in-unit laundry. It was very clean and well stocked with dish soap, detergent, toilet paper and towels. We never needed to use the A/C as there was a nice cross breeze with the windows open and a fan. There were also beach chairs, an umbrella and beach towels, which were greatly appreciated. There is major construction in the lot next door, but that never bothered us where the unit was located. The mountain view from the balcony was spectacular and a wonderful way to end the day. The pool was also conveniently across the parking lot and very nice. We did cook our breakfasts and a couple dinners (including using the grills at the pool) for our family of four to cut down on some cost, though you can walk to several great restaurants, bars and food trucks (which we also did) in less than 10 min. The beach (literally a 5 min. walk across the street) and surrounding areas were beautiful and we definitely got in plenty of steps. No one wanted to leave at the end of the week. Now, it's back to reality in cold Chicago!
Family trip to explore Maui all over. Great central location so we can explore Kihei, Wailea, Laihana, Haleakala, Hana. Super hot when we first arrived as unit only has a small AC in the living room. The smaller bedroom gets quite hot even with the ceiling fan, this may be due to it being top floor unit and/or the water heater in closet. Amenities were good, kitchen tools can get an update. Maybe store a couple fans in the closet. Enjoyed our stay!
Easy process Management Office was very pleasant and helpful
We had a great stay at this property. The unit was fairly clean and well stocked. We liked the layout and everything, we only wished there was slightly more living room seating (one more chair) for our group of 4.

The apartment location is perfect, 5 minute walk to the beach and 10 minutes from Wailea-Makena and Safeway. The furnishing and overall apartment is just as in the pictures. Having the washer & dryer was a perk! Only 2 concers, there is an elevator but there is still a small flight of stairs (8 steps) to get to the floor where the apartment is. This is probably fine but not of you need ADA access. There were 2 cockroaches found, one in the kitchen and other in the restroom. It's not a grave problem but would be nice to have bug spray on hand, the property manager/owner was very responsive and did bring boxes of roach motel upon hearing from me about the issue. Other than that, the place is well equipped with lots of extras and I would stay here again.
