Wild fire update: Welcome to our home in beautiful Kihei, Maui, HI. We're delighted, grateful to inform potential guests that Kihei is currently fully operational and Maui travel is currently encouraged by Governor Green "to support the local economy and speed the recovery". The island is open and fully functional. Come experience the beaches, Road to Hana, Haleakala, Paia, whale watching (in winter months), and snorkeling! Come experience paradise, and be apart of helping heal our beloved Maui!
During peak whale season (January - April) you can catch glimpses of whales from the balcony! Bring your binoculars for the best views!
This upscale abode, situated in the heart of Kihei, offers the perfect blend of Hawaiian charm and modern luxury. Perfectly situated between two sandy beaches, there is ample coral right in front the building to enjoy snorkeling with tropical fish and sea turtles! Upon entering the unit, you are greeted by a fully-stocked kitchen, equipped with high-quality Ninja Non-stick cookware, an array of utensils, and a sleek blender, ready to whip up your favorite frozen drinks. Each of the two spacious bedrooms comes with its own private full bathroom, ensuring the utmost privacy for guests. The beds, dressed with hotel-quality linens, promise a peaceful night's sleep. The primary bedroom offers an additional treat - a breathtaking view of the ocean.
The condo's main living space boasts a newly furnished dining area with a stylish table perfect for intimate dinners or entertaining guests. Sink into the plush comfort of the brand new couch, while you enjoy your favorite shows on the state-of-the-art LED TV, complete with all your streaming and cable needs. Each room of the condo is fitted with its own AC unit, allowing you to customize the climate to your preference. Each room also has a new 32 inch smart TV.

Maui Sunset Oasis is meant to be an oasis to enjoy! For this, we provide 4 Tommy Bahama beach chairs for you to enjoy at the beach.
For guests with young children: we have available pack n play, bed bumpers for toddlers, and noodles for pool toys.
On the new Samsung TV are common streaming apps such as Netflix, Hulu, and Disney+ as well as cable.
Maui’s Tropical Environment (Important Note)
Maui is a tropical island, and with that comes the possibility of encountering insects from time to time. While pests are not typically an issue for our unit, and the building is regularly treated by professional pest control, it’s important to note that no property in Maui can guarantee a 100% bug-free environment.
To minimize any issues during your stay:
Please keep lanai doors closed when not outside, particularly in the evenings when lights may attract insects.
Wrap or properly store open food, as this helps avoid attracting ants and other pests.
For your convenience, we provide bug spray under the sink should you need it.
This note is here simply to set clear expectations — if a completely bug-free environment is essential, Maui may not be the right destination.

Joe was a wonderful host and the property was perfect for our group. The location is excellent next to amazing beaches and restaurants. We had a lovely time in Kihei and hope to return soon.
Stay here for the view! The near oceanfront lanai is the most enticing aspect of this otherwise “vacation rental classic” condo. We had a hard time prying ourselves away from the outdoor space, from which whales were clearly visible in the morning and the afternoon (we came in February, peak whale season.) The unit is located near several shops, bars, and restaurants, which made it ideal for us, and the adjacent beach is beautiful. The condo has everything we needed to be comfortable, including fast wi-fi and good a/c. We did have a couple of very minor hiccups, but the owner was responsive and everything was cleared up quickly. I will warn drivers that the parking is ample, but tight for any vehicle larger than a compact sedan. And to echo other reviews, the bedrooms are not well insulated, and the street noise was near constant. So if you are a lite sleeper, bring your earplugs. But it’s worth it! Would and will stay here again!
Lovely place and a great location!
Location was excellent. Surprisingly noisy, though. Being on the water was lovely.
The complex is perfectly located between two great beaches and close to plenty of shops and restaurants. Having AC in the unit was wonderful and the sunset views were amazing. Joe, the owner, was fabulous and responded quickly to all of our questions. We all had a great week!
We loved our stay. It is well maintained and Christina the manager is excellent. The BBQ are works perfectly and the grounds are kept clean. Plenty of lawn chairs and places to sun. All in all a great place to stay if you're coming to Maui! Thanks Joe! for making it easy.
