The condo was is good condition ; yes it needs updating ! Everything was in good condition . Description on site was good ;but pictures make it larger than what it really was. I did see 1 cockroach; which is why I gave 4 stars!! My family and I were on vacation and we are adults that very seldom get together so we were TRYING to enjoy vacation the way we do ...... well we were told we were to LOUD ! They have quiet hours and THEY ABIDE by them (VERY THIN WALLS!!!!!!)! I do have to add :we work night shift so our hours of awake time are different than retired people ! This is just an informative review! If I had to rent from them again ; I would but I am going in more informed from this experience !
Property was perfect
Close the the shops and the beach. Our favourite beach! Lots of turtles and fish to see. The unit itself is pretty run down and could definitely use a refresh. You get what you pay for!
The location is wonderful, there are shops, restaurants and snorkel rentals just across the street. The beach is very close and feels private, not too crowded. The condo is conveniently located on the ground floor and close to the pool and beach. The kitchen is very small, tight space between the cabinets, refrigerator and sink/ stove. Can't fit more than one person in here. For the cost, I would like to see more dishes and utensils, and of much better quality.
We loved staying here. Super close to the beach and to food/shops. We would definitely stay here again! Can't wait to come back!
70 steps to the shore and to the beach Great snorkeling just off the property where sea turtles frequent. Super convenient (across the street) to beach equipment rentals, killer cinnamon rolls, seafood restaurants, shave ice, acai bowls and shopping. Nicely cared for grounds. Might be the only unit with AC. Exceptional view of Maalaea Bay, Lanai, Kaho'olawe, and Molokini down to Puu Olai, including Pacific sunsets. In March it was not uncommon to sight whales in the distance. I was a bit concerned with the side view of the next property, but it was not distracting at all. The lanai actually offers a nice view of the ocean. After all fees/taxes etc the rental was the same we paid at a full service resort on Napili Beach. Condo rentals are a racket. That said, we'd likely return.

We spent 11 days here & overall everything was great. Being steps from the pool & the beach was fantastic! So many beaches, shops & restaurants all within walking distance. The kitchen, although quite small(one person at a time) had everthing we needed and it was nice to have the barbecue available. We also found beach chairs & a small cooler in one closet which came in handy. Beds were comfortable, appliances all in good shape. Multiple fans & the AC units kept everything comfortable. Bathrooms were tiny & tended to smell damp after a few days, but we're not used to the humidity, so maybe that's normal in Maui. We initially had a little trouble hooking up to the internet. We couldn't understand the "troubleshooting sheet" provided, but were successful after we turned off everything at the power strip & restarted it.
This location can't be beat. Our beach-going family of 6 stayed comfortably in unit #102 for 14 days and we loved every minute! We spent each day on Kam I or II and late afternoons and evenings in the pool and on the unit's private lanai with peekaboo view of the ocean. The unit may be small, but has great storage and lots of seating options. We appreciated the beach chairs a lot and will be back to this unit for years to come. For us, it was perfection!
Location was great (right between two amazing beaches, easy parking, and convenient access to major thoroughfares), and the property was as pictured. The addition of A/C in the unit was a key reason we booked this property and it did not disappoint. Internet was pretty slow, but there is good cell service so we mitigated the WiFi by hotspotting our phones to do work. Kitchen has tight spaces if that's a concern, but for a group of young healthy adults it fit our purposes.
