Overall, we had a good stay. The location is great as it's close to the beach with free parking. We really appreciated the beach chairs, snorkel masks, and pool noodles, and the front hose area was convenient for rinsing off. It would’ve been nice if basic toiletries (shampoo, conditioner, body wash) were included, though they did provide sunscreen which was thoughtful. We did notice a few small bugs, but that seemed fairly normal given the top mesh door opening. There was an issue with the sink, but management responded quickly and had it replaced the next day. It felt a bit pricey for the condition, but that’s pretty typical for Maui.

This was a cute studio condo that offered great amenities and all sorts of add ons that made touring about Maui easy.There were a few downsides that are worth noting so future travelers are more aware:1. The bed was a bit smaller than I had thought ( a double not a queen) and not so comfortable. 2. There is not a lot of space for storage in the kitchen for groceries or in the bathroom for toiletries. I had to rearrange a bunch of extra stuff just to have a bit of space to store food and daily bath items. 3. There are lots of tiny ants constantly in the kitchen and bathroom. Be sure to clean-up well as you use these spaces. I don't think there is a resolution to the ant problem. 4. It can be easy to hear people in the apartments above. If you are a very light sleeper this could keep you awake. 5. The pool does not open until 8:00 am. However, the ocean is right across the street. Great features of the apartment:1. Outdoor patio table is a beautiful spot for meals. 2. It's quieter backing up to the tennis courts as opposed to S.Kihei road. 3. Darilyn provides beach towels, a cooler, and ice packs as well as fully stocked kitchen of plastic ware and other dishes. Thanks to these items we could spend the whole day outside. 4. The condo is well maintained and very comfortable to relax in, in the evening. 5. Linda, the property manager, is wonderful! So friendly and welcoming. Would I stay here again? YES, YES, YES! All the positives outweigh the downsides!

As a previous rental host I have pretty high standards. This wonderful place met them all. Sparkling clean, had pretty much anything you would need for a stay in Maui, the A/C unit has been upgraded to a drop down and works great! Had some issues working with Roku, but the manager and owner were very responsive. Best rental I've stayed at.

This is a nice property for a couple however footsteps from upstairs will wake you up.

We enjoyed the location after staying several places in Kehei and walking to the beach was easy. Unit was all we needed and quiet. Enjoyed the Hot Tub almost every night.

We almost didn’t get to stay given the fires in Lahaina, but thankfully it all worked out and Darilyn and her local manager Linda were amazing. They communicated with us the whole flight there - we found out in flight - and once we arrived everything was set up perfectly. Linda gave us tips on groceries and local eateries as we would not be able to leave the area to respect the first responders and crews needing the roads. The condo was very comfortable with everything we needed to have a relaxing week. The location is perfect for what we wanted to do (we’re not typical tourists though). Close to remote beaches, farmers market and swap meat markets and great food trucks. If you’re into the beach club vibe, this location isn’t for you. If you’re into relaxing with local residents, it’s perfect. We will definitely make this property our go to when in Maui.

This condo has everything you need for a nice place in Maui. We really enjoyed the use of the hot tub and pool. The beach chairs and umbrella were quite handy at the beach. We had a wonderful time staying at Darilyn’s condo.
