Property Overview
Beautiful, spacious, Kihei Maui ocean side of road, two bedroom, two bath condo. Maui Sunset, unit B201. Top quality remodel in 2015 with granite counter, custom kitchen and bathroom vanities. Enjoy the garden view and all the amenities of the highly acclaimed Maui Sunset resort, including swimming pool, gas BBQ grills, free internet, elevator and free parking.

Each bedroom features a king bed, air conditioning and TV/DVD player. There’s also a queen wall bed; much more comfortable than a sofa bed. This end unit, B201, features a garden view lanai and a smaller lanai off the master bedroom with a mountain view.
The condo is complete with washer/dryer, ironing boards and all the kitchen appliances and amenities. Beach towels, chairs, and a cooler are provided for your beach excursions.
Relax with morning coffee on the lanai, enjoying the meticulously manicured tropical gardens. The beach is just steps away for nice walks and beautiful sunsets.
If you stay 14 or more days during Peak or High season we will provide cleaning service once a week.
The on-island manager is very personable and always available to assist you with any unexpected needs or issues.

Clean, plenty of beach fun things in closet, fun games to check out in court yard, music on Wednesday. Court yard is always being maintained and lights up in the evening.
The Host was very responsive and the place had everything you needed!
Easy to find parking, great location. Everything is perfect
The condo was very clean upon arrival. It was very comfortable for the 4 adults in our group. It was so nice to have the Murphy bed in the living room so my adult son didn't have to sleep on the couch. The extra lanai in the main bedroom was extremely convenient for drying our wet swimwear and towels. The owner was very accommodating and communicated extremely well. We would love to stay in unit B201 again!
The property was great - a quick walk to the beach to enjoy the beautiful sunsets. The condo was furnished nicely, and we appreciated the beach equipment! Would love to return.
Darrick was very responsive. He checked in with me after we arrived at the condo, post a bad storm, and before our trip, he was very engaged and friendly. The condo was as to be expected, clean, organized, and perfect for our group. The condo came with very nice Tommy Bahama beach chairs and umbrellas. It also included other beach toys and a cooler. We thoroughly enjoyed our time.
Stayed with brother and sister in law, 2 bedrooms 2 baths were great.
Very nice and clean unit but unfortunately the master bedroom is located right on busy Kihei Road where there were a lot of people whizzing by and playing very loud music. Also, the a/c in the master bedroom is very loud as well so trying to block the noise by closing all the windows and drapes did not really help our sleep. The smaller guest bedroom seemed to be much quieter.
We had everything we needed and the location was good for excursions and getting to amenities. Very clean.

I think this is the 3rd or 4th time staying at one of Darrick’s condos and he does not disappoint. Not only is a beautiful condo, great area but he’s gone out of his way to pay attention to the little things. So often with these condos you have the bare minimum and that’s it. Never enough for a full weeks stay or more. Here is soft towels, loads of amenities needed in day to day life, even curling items, female products and much more. The place is clean and welcoming. Thanks Darrick.
