Beautiful Maui Kamaole 2 Br, 2 Bath condo with Ocean view! New Summer/Fall rates

This is very nice place, wellMaintained and good for family of four, kitchen is well equipped. walkable to to the beach. Very safe condo and with greenery. We enjoyed staying in this house.

The condo was very nice and just as described in the listing. It was very quiet with no noise from the pool or neighbors. We like this complex and this unit and would gladly stay here again.

Celebrating my sister in laws 70th birthday we had a blast! Would highly recommend it, very close to the water and walking availability for food! Lisa communicated very quickly when I asked questions.

The condo is in great location - walking distance from Kamaole beach (one of the best in my opinion) and walking distance from restaurants. It’s a corner unit which is a huge plus.The condo has everything you may need for a great vacation - beach chairs, towels, children’s toys; lots of kitchen appliances and kitchen necessities.Clean and comfortable; the complex itself is also well-maintained, with many outside grills if you want to grill something. Beautiful pool - our children enjoyed it tremendously.Overall, highly recommend!!!

We loved this condo for our family vacation on Maui. Proximity to beach was great; short walk across the street. Also appreciated the short walk into town for shops and restaurants. Pools were very nice, clean and warm water. Beds were comfortable; extra pillows and ample amount of beach towels.

They had evetything that we needed for our stay.

We enjoyed the location, quiet neighborhood, well-maintained grounds, the extra blow-up mattress so our teen son didn’t have to sleep with his adult sister. This property had lots of posted rules: quiet hours, proper use of garbage disposal, keeping sand off carpet, a squeegee for the shower glass. Some may not like rules; I happen to like rules to keep the property nice. We are not accustomed to keypad entries; the code didn’t work at first. We were told we could arrive a little early, so maybe that’s the reason the code wouldn’t work. We had some difficulty initial finding the owner’s phone number, but she returned our call after about 15 min. Other places have a combo lock box to access standard keys. The downstairs bath tub/shower combo is not a good design for those with mobility issues or those who have little kids who still need tub filled for baths due to a fancy non moveable shower glass. There was one significant issue that could not be remedied during our stay, which is the reason for the 4 stars, though unless the owner was already aware, I don’t think there is anything she could have done in advance to prevent the issue. On other vacations, for this type of circumstance, would have given some kind of compensation.

Great stay at the unit at Maui Kamaole. Everything was clean and worked well. Lots of space for all 5 of us on vacation. Only thing would be to provide basics like sugar, oil (one in condo was bad) would be helpful but not a must have. Would stay again for sure!

We love staying in Maui Kamaole and have stayed in various units over the years. Although this is a nice quiet clean condo, we did have various issues throughout our stay, some of which may indicate maintenance is needed, and others maybe were just bad luck. The owner was responsive to the problems we shared with her (keycode didn't work for checkin despite paying extra $$ for early checkin, and there was a significant leak from upstairs bathroom into lower bedroom), as she fixed the code and sent a plumber the following day. However, we did experience quite a bit of inconvenience for these issues: day 1, sitting on doorstep with boxes of perishable food getting warm from the other condo we had checked out of, and then having to wash all the bedding and run fans to dry out the carpet and bedding in the lower bedroom. Owner never offered to refund us or compensate us in any fashion. There were other things needing repair/ maintenance as well- dryer has a hard time closing and starting, both upstairs and downstairs showerheads are so loose you basically can't shower as sprayer won't point anywhere near where you stand. My husband eventually figured out how to tie the showerhead down temporarily to hold it in place. Overall the unit was very clean, quiet, with some nice features including beach chairs and umbrella, plenty of dishes, and extra blankets and bedding. It just seemed more than a little overdue for some repairs and maintenance.

We had a wonderful vacation at Lisa’s! To start with, the condo is in an ideal location just across a tiny parking lot from a pool and across the street from the beach. There are many beaches nearby that you can easily walk to however we had small kids so we often drove given the amount of stuff we had to haul with us. Just a small walk north are some shops, restaurants, and a great cinnamon bun shop. Lisa’s condo comes with all the things you would need to beach, cook, and relax . It has a really lovely patio (3 actually) and there is a little storage cupboard with some sand toys, umbrella, chairs, cooler and other items. We really appreciated having all the beach stuff available. Overall, we were very happy (sad to leave!) and would come back again.

Really enjoyed our stay for the week! The upgraded bathrooms, kitchen, and air conditioning are wonderful. Would love to stay here again sometime!
