The host was excellent to converse with. The location is fantastic. The condo had lots of extras for us to be able to use.i would certainly stay there again. It’s a little piece of paradise.

We enjoyed our stay in Kihei. Location was great across from beach access and walkable to restaurants. Easy parking and access. Wish we could have stayed longer!

We had a very easy check in and check out process. The condo was just as described. The location is perfect, just a few minute walk to the beach, and all beach gear provided. One of the best sunsets I’ve ever watched. The entire town had a power outage, but the hosts quickly called us, and were super kind and helpful. Overall, highly recomend this unit and wonderful hosts!

Great location for beach access and lots of nearby restaurants, cafes, etc. Check in was very smooth with very clear instructions. Unit size great for 2 people.

An overall good choice for your family stay! Kids loved being close to the beach then going to the pool. Has all the things you need for your stay, appliances, including beach toys, snorkel, boogie board etc. Air mattress was very comfortable, and bed firm. Reason I gave 4/5: - Air Conditioner is only in the living area so it gets hot in the bedroom. I tried leaving window open but then roosters around property woke me up at 3.30am. I feel listing can be clearer about location of AC. Also, very few listings have AC in every room, so I should have confirmed. - The wifi was terrible. Frequent disconnection, slow speed. I even got errors like "access point full, too many devices" just from 1 phone and 1 tablet. In their house manual they say wifi is provided by the kihei kai nani management and is not their responsibility. I feel they should provide their own wifi.

My ohana and i came to maui from hawaii island or the Big Island as most people call it for my dads wedding. I lived here on maui for some time as a young child with my dad and miss just being able to just walk and or drive a short distance to the beach. I really liked our condo experience here at kihei kai nani and working with Mr. & Mrs Lau. I would highly recommand this place and unit to others.

Perfect location! It is about 20-25 minutes away from the airport and very close to all other tourist attraction places. It's literally next to a shopping center with convenience store, restaurants, etc... --just a few steps away. Beach is right across the street-- just a few steps away, small waves so it is safe to swim, warm water. The condo unit is in the back of the condo complex, so it is very quiet with no traffic noises. The condo unit is very clean, filled with many utensils, pans, pots, rice cooker, coffee maker, a cutting board, knife, many condiments, a clean stove, a microwave, a fridge/freezer, towels, soap, iron board, many blankets, sheet sets, plenty of pillows, very comfortable and big size bed, queen sofa bed, dining table, coffee table, TV, DVD player, cable service, internet, lots of books, fans in living room & bedroom, 2 deck of playing cards, (4 body boards, umbrella, chairs, 2 bamboo beach mats for beach, buckets, shovels for kids to play with beach sands, AC and a ceiling fan is in the living room and can cool the entire unit but we need to turn on the ceiling fan and the standing fan in the bedroom because it has no AC in the bedroom, the best part is the washer and dryer is in the unit and a lot of HE detergent---very convenience. The condo unit gave us a feeling of a home away from home!

Bed crippled me in morning but Jim said it was for him. Appreciated the heck out of washer and dryer availability!

Property is exactly what they tell you it is. Nice short walks to beach and park. Would stay again on next visit to Maui.
