Kihei Kai Nani 238 - Garden View 1 Bedroom, Split AC, Steps to Kamaole II Beach!

Enjoyed a week stay and highly recommend! Perfect for a family of 4! Great location, beach walking distance with a rinse of station. Full kitchen set up for those who want to cook. Quiet location and easy to day trip from!

The condo had everything you could want. Kitchen was fully stocked with all the cooking equipment you needed. Beach chairs, towels and sun umbrellas were also available. Condo was quiet, right across from the pool and right across the street from the beach. Shops and restaurants all around.

Very nice place to stay! Me and husband stayed there for our honeymoon and loved that there was two beaches both less then 5 minutes walk away! The kitchen was well stocked and had everything you'd need for cooking if you are not planning to eat out every day. There were also beach chairs and umbrella's available which were super nice for the beach!

The bedroom was extremely dirty, with bugs crawling up the wall and crayon marks all over it.

The unit was very clean and comfortable. I really enjoyed the fully stocked kitchen because we really like to cook. The location was great! Beaches are right across the street and there are many shops and restaurants near by. The pool was also great. The pool is big and is really clean. We absolutely loved our stay!

We stayed here for a week at this property. The location is great and the property managers were very commutative and responsive. Overall, the condo is very dark and there isn't much natural light. The picture shown does is accurate in furniture but not in lighting. Also, the lanai is very dark and you are basically looking at a wall, (although there is a lot of greenery), so not as pleasant to sit outside. Finally, the kitchen is stocked with just the minimum. There are 4 large plates, large bowls etc but no small plates. The coffee pot, and pans are great but there are no sharp knives and was hard to cut a block of cheese and a pineapple. The air conditioning was necessary and great in both rooms. The bed was fine and pillows were great. Overall, it met our needs and was a basic place to stay and sleep, but I would not stay here again due to how dark it felt in the condo with very little natural light.

This is a great suite. Everything you need. Nice and clean. Excellent location so close to the best beaches and all sorts of shops close by. It was very peaceful and a nice balcony. Nicely updated kitchen with everything you need to have meals in. T.V.'s in the living room and bedroom. AC in living room and bedroom. Very comfortable and the king bed was also comfortable. Check out time is a little early at 10am, and most flights home are late, but we knew in advance and figured out a plan. We would definitely stay again. Enjoyed our stay. Mahalo!

The condo was nice with pretty much everything we needed. The proximity to the beach was nice: you just needed to cross a busy street. Furnishings were used but comfortable.

Great spot for morning walks on beach and sunset! Pool was incredible and quiet by 10 every night

What a great stay! The only thing to note is make sure you bring earplugs because the chickens and birds love to wake up around 5:30 or 6am. The sun shines pretty bright in the morning so bring an eye mask as well if you're sensitive to morning light. Otherwise beautiful stay. Location: The walkable beaches were a game changer. Less than one mile from some of our favorite beach snorkel spots with great bathrooms and beach showers. Grounds: the grounds for these condos was beautiful. Just from the balcony we saw so many different birds, lizards, insects, plants, etc. so many different flowers to look at as you walk through the parking lot. The pool and laundry facilities were pristinely clean.

I was happy with this place for the price, not ritzy but certainly adequate, some would say that the amenities are just a bit dated. I would come back again. Pillows on the bed were great, but the mattress was not the most comfortable. Still, i would give it 4.5 stars if i could, just didn't think it quite reached 5 stars for me

Check in was easy, everyone was friendly and not one issue with anything in the condo. Everything we needed for the beach was included.

My husband & I really enjoyed our stay here, we are very familiar with the Kihei area and the location was absolutely perfect, very walkable to many shops & restaurants & beaches. The condo is clean and had everything we needed for our five night stay, including beach & pool gear. The furniture is a little outdated but that doesn't really matter because you don't spend too much time in the condo when in Maui.  I enjoyed drinking my coffee and reading my book on the lanai in the morning, and the pool was perfect in the afternoon after it gets too windy at the beach. All in all a great stay!

Wonderful town of Kihei and a wonderful condominium! Kamaole II is one of the best beaches on the island in our opinion. :) December weather was bright and sunny with a few sprinkles of rain and rainbows. We had a chance to see Kanekoa Christmas concert at the local theater, and we deeply impressed by the electric-ukulele-rock improvisations. Condominium community Christmas dinner potluck made us feel right at home, as a part of a big family. The management did an excellent job of having the condo ready, and responding to our calls if we needed anything (e.g. early check-in). We wish that there was more information available about the progress of Lahaina's restoration and how Maui visitors could help Maui to recover from Lahaina fires, and to contribute to Lahaina's restoration. Highly recommend this property. Our stay was wonderful and we didn’t want to leave. The staff and property are both amazing! We will be returning.

Place was great. Cost in Maui rentals is very high. Would love to see better pricing. It was the norm for the area. So not likely to get much better for a while. Lovely stay.
