Summary:
Cross the street to Kamaole Beach Park II for a swim, then come back to your lanai for lunch while the beach towels dry. This two-bedroom, two-bath Maui Banyan condo sleeps six and makes South Kihei feel wonderfully simple. A full stainless kitchen, private washer and dryer, TVs in the living room and both bedrooms, and split air conditioning with separate controls keep a family stay comfortable. On the grounds, you have two shared pools, two spas, tennis, grills, outdoor showers, and plenty of places to sit under the palms. South Kihei Road's restaurants and shops are close for a low-key dinner, and Kamaole Beach Parks I and III are easy to explore too. There is no elevator at this property. It is a smart, beach-first choice for a small family or two couples.
The Space:
Two bedrooms and two baths sleep six, with a stainless full kitchen, private washer and dryer, and a lanai for coffee before the beach. A split air conditioning system gives the main living area and each bedroom its own control. TVs in the living room and both bedrooms make quiet evenings easy. Please note that the building does not have an elevator.
Guest Access:
Guests at Manualoha enjoy access to the communal pool and hot tub, along with garden grounds, tennis courts, and nearby beach access at Poipu Kai. Beach essentials are on hand for easy days by the water. This second-floor condo requires stairs at the entrance and to the primary loft.
The Neighborhood:
Maui Banyan sits in the heart of South Kihei, right across from Kamaole Beach Park II. The Kamaole beaches are why families return here: golden sand, easy swimming conditions, and room to spend a whole afternoon without a complicated plan. South Kihei Road adds walkable restaurants, coffee, rentals, and casual shops. Head south toward Keawakapu Beach for a longer shoreline walk, or stay close for sunset over the water. It is a sunny, practical Maui neighborhood where beach time fits naturally around the rest of the day.
Getting Around:
Kahului Airport is about 20 to 30 minutes away, an easy drive down Maui's sunny south shore. A rental car is recommended to make the most of Kihei's many beaches, shops, and restaurants spread along the coast. Some stretches near South Kihei Road are walkable to dining and shopping, while beaches are often just minutes away. Parking is typically available on site, in lots, or along nearby streets.

Location, location, location! This unit has the best access to the beach, restaurants and stores, and the most beautiful scenery. Loved every minute of our stay here!
Easy beach access, many of the everyday needs are already there. Do not buy anything until you see if someone else has left it - we had a snorkel set, blow dryer, beach toys and chairs, olive oil, and salt and pepper that we purchased unnecessarily. All staff security and maintenance was super friendly and the pools/hot tub was open until 10pm which was awesome. The pull out couch was not very comfy but that was to be expected and when we have a 16 yr old boy who is 250 lbs and stands 6’2” I guess. Beach access directly across the street with most everything we wanted was within walking distance. Overall excellent place to stay, we would definitely stay again!
We chose this condo for the proximity to the beach and the overall amenities and it did not disappoint. The unit was very clean with plenty of room, a fully stocked kitchen, washer/dryer unit and A/C units. The unit had tons of beach chairs that you could use use as well as beach mats and towels. There are shops and restaurants very close, about a 5 min walk and the area is very quiet and relaxed. We will definitely be back.
Perfect location. Nice beach across the street. Close to the major resorts to the south. Airport and access to the rest of the island to the north. Plenty of restaurants and shops within walking distance.
So many beach chairs for our use, location across from two fabulous beaches made the stay great.

The place was in general as posted. The complex is not new but inside the apartment things were all in good conditions and fully functional. A bit of renovation on the balcony will go a long way, especially for the A/C units. Good location in Kihei.
The condo was clean and and everything we needed was there including snorkel and beach gear, A little small but location was everything. The beach was right across the road and a great snorkeling beach with a good reek lots of turtles and fish, good restaurants withing walking distance. Thanks
