Welcome to our 1-bed, 2-bath condo just steps from the pool and ocean in South Kihei! Enjoy a spacious living area with a queen Murphy bed, full kitchen, desk, bedroom with a king bed, and two full bathrooms. Lounge by the pool, BBQ, or take a 4 minute walk to Kam III for a sunset, whale watching, boogie boarding, and snorkeling. Kam III has picnic tables, swings, and spots to hang a hammock. Several restaurants are walking distance. Experience the beauty of Kihei from this great location!
Located in the heart of South Kihei, our ground floor unit offers an amazing location and is situated just across the street from Kamaole Beach Park III. You'll have easy access to sunny beach days and beautiful sunsets. Kam III has a life guard on duty, bathrooms, a rinse station, and is great for boogie boarding, stand up paddle boarding, and snorkeling.
There are beach towels, chairs, toys, and coolers at our condo available to use during your stay. There are also great amenities including a pool with free Wi-Fi, kids wading pool, two hot tubs, exercise equipment, a game room, tennis & pickleball courts, and gas BBQ areas. Within walking distance or a 10-15 minute drive, you'll discover a variety of dining and shopping options, experiences, and beaches.
During your stay, you will have exclusive access to the entire condo, ensuring privacy and comfort throughout your vacation. As part of your booking, an assigned parking space will be provided for your convenience. Additionally, you'll enjoy the fantastic amenities offered by the complex. There is a one time $70 resort fee for the amenities included in the listing, and upon arrival at the front desk you will not pay any money.
Our unit is conveniently located directly behind the pool, which is one of our unit's best features. However, please be aware this also means there may be noise associated with the pool. If this is a significant concern during your stay, we kindly suggest considering alternative accommodation options that may better suit your preferences.
