About this property
Welcome to our family's 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom ground floor condo! We work hard to make our condo an inviting and relaxing space for you to use as your home base while you explore the amazing island of Maui.
Sunny Kihei has earned its nickname - often when there is rain on other parts of the island the sun will be shining in Kihei! Kihei Garden Estates is a friendly, clean, and beautifully landscaped complex just across the street from the beach and within blocks of groceries, shops, restaurants, coffee, and services. We love the quiet complex's easy access to the beach, the lovely garden surroundings, and pool area with hot tub, full outdoor kitchen, grills, and covered seating.
We have made many upgrades to the unit and are always open to feedback about what we may have missed. The master bedroom has a king bed, a TV, its own A/C, and a full bathroom. The second bedroom has a queen bed and its own A/C. Both bedrooms have blackout blinds, closets, and dressers. There is a second full bathroom off the hall.
Our kitchen is completely updated and is well equipped with everything you may need: full-sized appliances, dinnerware for use inside and outside (plastic only for eating at the pool pavilion), coffee grinder and maker, blender, cookware, glassware (again, plastic cups for the pool area), bakeware, etc.
In the living room, you'll find a bar that seats 2, a table that seats 4, a comfortable sofa that pulls out to a bed, a large flat-screen TV, and another A/C unit. From there you can step out to the garden view lanai to enjoy your coffee while you listen to the birds and watch the palm trees sway against the blue Maui sky.
We go to the beach every day when we're on Maui and we hope you'll love it just as much. To cut down on what you have to buy or rent we have beach chairs, beach towels, and a cooler for you to use while you're here. The beach just across the street is a great place to look for turtles and watch the sunset. from November-March you'll also have front-row seats for our favorite show, Whale City!
A couple of notes:
- As per association rules, the maximum number of guests is 6, regardless of age.
- The cleaning fee covers stays of 14 nights or less. On the 15th day (and 30th, etc.) the condo will be cleaned and the fee paid by the guest.

Absolutely fantastic condo, with rooms that were exceptionally spacious, truly a delight! Located on the end, it offered a serene ambiance that was perfectly quiet. The pool and hot tub were fantastic, and the BBQ grills in the pool area were a wonderful amenity we enjoyed every night. We wholeheartedly recommend this condo for a wonderful stay, the only minor drawback being the shared, coin-operated washer and dryer.

Kitchen was updated and well stocked. The bathrooms desperately needed recaulking or remodeling, shower tracts were moldy and dirty. The bathrooms felt and looked dirty due to the above mentioned problems. The floors throughout the house were not clean, our socks were dirty from day one. Lots of rules! Probably would not stay here again. The pool was enjoyed by our granddaughters.

The condo was very clean and comfortable, the cutlery are well furnished, the owner was very kind each time we need an information.
Beth’s place is a great hidden gem nuzzled in Kihei. There are some updates to the kitchen and washrooms which were a great touch. For a family with 2 young kids the condo had everything you need for a great stay in Maui. We love the complex and close walking proximity to shops, coffee and restaurants. We had a issue with the A/C in the master and Beth actioned it right away. She and her site contacts are super hosts. They got it sorted as fast as they could to make our stay the best. We would stay with her again. Aloha and Mahalo.

Very comfortable unit. Owners are on top of any issues that may arise. The unit is in a great location for beach walks and easy access to restaurants and shops. Very comfortable complex not too big. Pool and amenities are excellent. Beautiful landscaping. Can’t wait to come back!
Had a great experience- furniture/cupboards a little older but nothing that impacted our stay - very well stocked with anything you could possibly need- great location to everything, pool/bbq area steps away- very handy on main floor etc. Even had other guests in complex approach us for contact as the two bedroom/two bathroom corner unit is coveted! Everyone very friendly, drop in Pickleball courts, 10 min walk and beach steps away. Would stay here again without hesitation, and highly recommend.
We were there for 6 nights. Condo was centrally located to shopping, restaurants, and beach. Grounds and pool were immaculate. Sitting on the patio in the mornings and evenings was really nice. Beds were very comfortable. Kitchen was well stocked. The only thing that we found odd was that if we used the second set of towels that each bathroom had, it would cost extra; the price only included 1 set of towels.
