Escape to "Heavenly Haven", our beautiful, by the sea, comfortable Condo

We had a 14 day stay and we're impressed by how much thought and details were included to make our stay more comfortable. The kitchen staples were an added detail that was greatly appreciated! That first morning, being able to enjoy the sunny lanai and brew coffee was awesome. We found out that between May to September the trade winds blow mighty on the beach from 11-4 daily. Having morning sun looking into the beautiful park like garden grassy area under large blossoming plumeria trees was perfect with shade and no wind in the afternoon provided much enjoyment. We loved having the availability of the beach chairs and umbrella for the morning swim. We have been to Maui on 5 separate vacations and this location and condo has been the best stay overall. The host responded quickly to questions. Groceries are out the back gate, a 5 minute walk with multiple highly starred restaurants nearby. Parking was never a problem and the night time is quiet. It's the perfect combination of beach and pool. The overall property "Kehei Garden Estates" is very well maintained with enough security features to maximize privacy. We highly recommend this condo.

Fabulous property! My wife's favorite stay on the islands!Beautiful beach just down the street.Grocery store and shops a block away. With the full kitchen in the condo, it's easy to make your own meals and save some . Maui can get expensive!Very convenient to several great snorkeling beaches (Kamaole III), and airport.Owner provides cooler, chairs, umbrella - everything you need for a beach day!Pool on siteis beautiful - and there is an outdoor kitchen/grill area, though we didn't use it. Overall, very quiet, clean, and well stocked condo. Should meet all your needs as home base for Maui! Definitely want to book this one!Did I mention it was my wife's favorite??

The condo is absolutely perfect! I don't know where to start. First, the location - literally steps to a beautiful long beach and so many other beaches everywhere. We could have walked to the Safeway grocery it is so close. Parking was so easy and plentiful. What is really striking is the peace and tranquility of the complex, and the simplicity of everything. The pool and hot tub are absolutely perfect and the area is so spacious. We met great people but notably never felt like there were too many people, it was so peaceful. The owner and manager were absolutely great to interact with and responded to our early questions immediately and were very accommodating. They also go out of their way to include simple extras that are so helpful, like snorkeling gear, mulitple coolers, umbrellas, and beach chairs. We wish we would have booked a longer stay there and if we ever have the opportunity will certainly return!

Great place. We were here during the storm. Roads were not washed out, had no problem getting to the property. Walking distance to supermarkets and restaurants. More restaurants about a mile and a half South. First time staying here, won’t be the last time.

Great place to stay if you want to be away from the crazy busy resorts. Off the main road. Beach couple minute walk. Some restaurants within walking distance. Grocery store nearby.

The condo had lots of space, was very clean and well set up. Lots of beach items available and really who goes to Maui and does not spend a ton of time at the beaches. Any questions I had were promptly answered by the host. Would definitely stay there again!

We've stayed in different condos in this complex and this is one of the nicer ones. Updated beautifully. Host was ver fair in helping with an issue we had.

Great stay. Everything was as advertised. Would highly recommend this condo for one person or a couple. Close to all amenities, shops, stores, beach. Be advised temperature higher than North side of Maui. Would definitely stay again.

We had a great stay at this location. Our host was very responsive to our questions and gave us notification on a repair that was made while we were out. Beach is rught up the street, food close by and the host left a binder of local attractions, food and other items to look through. Couldnt be more pleased with the property and stay. pleased with tolthrough .

Condo was pretty clean and well stocked with everything we needed.Parking was full sometimes but we always found parking on the street.Only one shower door opens so you will get wet when turning on the shower before you get in.We did see a dead lizard and cockroach and some live giant ants in the condo but i guess in a tropical climate you get these critters.The only big downside is the homeless population that surrounds the condo complex and the nearby beach.We did not have any problems but wife did not want to go outside by herself at night.Overall for the price it worked out good for us but the area is a little sketchy.

Great location easy check in

Heavenly Haven lives up to its name. The unit is nicely appointed, and the grounds are beautiful. The kitchen is well equipped for cooking and baking. The appliances were clean and worked well. Five ice trays kept us well supplied for cold drinks and ice to keep a cooler cold. The AC is a small wall mounted unit on a timer in the living room, but there are several fans and we were able to get sufficient air moving back into the bedroom to sleep comfortably.Easy access to the beach, and just a short walk. Two beach chairs, beach towels, an umbrella, and a couple small coolers made for enjoyable outings. Nancy is a great host; she responded quickly to questions and was very helpful. This was a great value, and we felt fortunate to have found it.

We throughly enjoyed staying here for our first trip to Maui. Our favourite feature of this spot was its location close to the beach where we enjoyed many sunsets.

Loved the proximity to the pool which was super clean, grounds were very well maintained. Condo is as advertised, perfect for a couple and walking distance to beach, local market and restaurants. We look forward to a return trip!

Our stay was really lovely! Steps from the beach and the pool and a 3 minute walk to the closest grocery store. My husband and I were there for our honeymoon and it was a beautiful condo and property. Parking was super close to the unit and the unit itself never got too hot as it was east facing. The kitchen had a full set of cooking and eating utensils which was fabulous as we mostly did our own cooking. Would stay there again for sure!

The property is advertised with AC. There is a window unit, but it does not work. The maintenance man verified it does not cool in summer, advising use of multiple fans and keeping doors open. The property manager is responsive and attempted to have a new unit approved by the host, to no avail. The host says it works fine if you give it time. This did not prove true, and the host was further nonresponsive during a hot summer stay.

We arrived at the condo and were able to easily gain access. We had major layovers in the airports so we came right in, took showers, and off to bed. You can only slide one door on the shower and the handle to turn on the shower is on the side you cant open so word of caution or you will get pe

Very comfortable bedding and very well appointed kitchen. There were a lot of fans but not used to not having central air. Great check in procedure and ample parking. Very close to many restaurants and grocers. Thank you for everything! Mahalo

We loved the property and our overall stay! The pool was great and the property was so pretty. The nearby beach was fabulous. We went swimming and saw lot of turtles even in the middle of the day! The grill space was nice to make our own lunches. It’s a great part of town next to lots of cafes and restaurants as well as beaches and activities!!

This is a ground floor unit, which allows you to walk on to the grounds from your front door. Beautiful landscaping, pool area, very close to the beach, groceries, restaurants, etc. The unit was clean and well taken care of with all the normal accessories. We were able to park on the street right in front of the unit, or a very short walk to the nearest "on site" parking. We would absolutely stay here again.

This condo had everything we neede plus some!! Its in a great location as well!! We would definitely stay here again!!

Nancy's place was located in a great area in Kihei, right around the corner from the beach. Her place was spacious and clean.

What is there not to love about Hawaii? This unit is located in a well cared for property pool and all. The unit itself is comfortable with all the amenities. The owner Nancy appears to be a concerned landlord who is willing to be generously accomodating. Two concerns .The cleanliness of the unit on the surface was neat and relatively clean however it could use a regular deep scrubbing ie shower and bedroom. Secondly we received a message on our way to Maui saying they were conducting a spraying program both outside and inside the unit. This may not affect those not sensitive to such products. My wife is not so lucky. Despite the fact that we deliberately absented ourselves two days in a row she suffered the ill effects for a week. Double check the timing of your reservation as a caution.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The location was fabulous. The grounds were kept groomed. The pool and hot tub were great. Used the BBQ almost every night. Everyone was so nice. The only down side was not air conditioning in this unit. At night the condo would get a bit stuffy as there was no breeze when we were staying but that was minor. Would highly recommend to anyone going to Maui.

We had a very comfortable stay in this lovely street level condo. The bed was comfortable and there's plenty of storage space. The pool is a few strides from the back patio--which, btw, is a nice place to have coffee in the morning. The beach is a very short walk away. The owners provided beach chairs and a cooler. Along with the air conditioning, there are ceiling and floor fans. The kitchen is well equipped if you want to prepare home cooked meals. Though our stay was short (4 nights), this condo would be great for an extended stay. The only recommendation I have for the owner is to replace the very tired shower stall and shower head. The walls are stained from age and set in mildew did not make for a comfortable shower experience. The shower did not meet the high standards of the rest of the condo. I also would recommend not leaving any crumbs on the counters--those darned pinhead sized ants come out of nowhere if any water or crumbs are left on the kitchen counter. I bought plastic bins to keep the critters at bay.
