Kihei Garden Estates B-103 - Modern Design, Bright & Clean, Concrete Floors, AC!

I have stayed at Kīhei Garden Estates several times and this was one of my favourite units. It was modern, clean and the property manager offered excellent communication. I highly recommend!!!

It was a pleasant and comfortable stay^^ We were able to use the pool privately, and there was a large supermarket just a 3-minute walk away, which was very convenient

Close to beach however bunch of homeless people hangout just outside the parking area (church across street appears to attract them). The place is walkable to beach and sunset views. Walkable to Nalu for breakfast and Akamai coffee. Close to resorts for Resort Pass or dining opportunities and central to Kihei and Wailea. Would probably stay here again, clean towels, clean space. A/C works in family room area but bedroom sleeps warmer even with the fan on. TV easy to use. Pool area is nice!! Plenty of awesome restaurants nearby and easy highway access. Communication with property manager was perfecto!

We could not have picked a better unit. The location was amazing. Walking distance to the pool, beach, restaurants, grocery stores, etc. Our lanai was the most pleasant in the entire condominium. Our garden views were amazing. We loved the outdoor furniture, the shade screen that we were able to use in the early morning as the sun was rising. Maui Vacations thought of everything, with the hose by the lanai to rinse off the sand from your feet to the beach chairs, the beach towels, cooler and the umbrella. They have laundry available on the premises, but unfortunately our washer in “Unit B” was not working - we reached out to Maui Vacations, got a quick response back, and they were able to give us a key to the adjacent unit. The kitchen had all the utensils, pots, pans and dishes that you need to make meals at home, but you may want to bring some of your own spices. Convienently, the grocery store is adjacent to the condominiums. They also have a great pool, hot tub and outside grills.

It's a lovely space that's clean, functional, & close to the beach & restaurants. The instructions are very clear, & check-in is super easy. The kitchen has all the appliances you could need, & beach chairs & beach towels are provided.

As a family with two children under 6, this was the perfect spot. The location, being walkable to shops, food, and the beach was easy for morning coffee and quick food. The onsite pool was perfect for the kids as we could bbq and relax after long days at the beach etc.. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would stay again.

We felt right at home here. The location was perfect for walking to the beach. The hosts were flexible since we did have a few hiccups during our trip would absolutely return.

Nice place, clean, great price. Close to the beach

Place was in a great spot with lots of friendly neighbors around. listing depicted the place very well, clean and well stocked. only thing missing was beach towels but we brought some with us luckily. would stay again!

Great Stay

The property was great well maintained. The condo was showing its age. The kitchen was not well stocked with utensils for meal prep. There is no table and chairs indoors to enjoy a meal. The outdoor furniture is old And uncomfortable.

Really enjoyed our stay. Clean and comfortable, and a perfect location that offers an easy walk to the beach and restaurants. Towels, chairs, umbrellas are all provided for a perfect beach day. Pool and hot tub are great. Look forward to staying again in the future. Thanks!

The apartment is located in a very nice area and has everything what you need. We especially enjoy the little area in the beautiful backyard.

Decent place and affordable

The apartment looks exactly as pictured. The lanai is such a nice touch. It’s in a very cute complex very close to ocean access (not a swimable beach, but a small pretty beach). They had lots of beach supplies that were very useful! They had beach mats, beach towels, lawn chairs, etc. We saw 2 cockroaches in the condo unfortunately but I think this is common on the island. The complex was nice but Kihei itself is not as manicured or as upscale as nearby Wailea. Close to many good coffee shops, restaurants, and grocery stores.

Great place, close to the beach where you can watch the sunset as well as close to times supermarket. Only flaw was that there were ants on the stovetop when we arrived and during our stay, we would see ants moving up and down the stove top. We never used the stove top during our stay. Other than that, perfect accommodation.

We had an amazing time. The pool and hot tub were great to come to after a long day of walking and exploring Maui. And we got to see turtles sleeping on the beach that is within walking distance of this place. Love that!

We had a great stay; the apartment is clean and in a great location, with all you might need for a day on the beach. Would definitely stay again!

Good location, clean, near beach and amenities. Enjoyed stay but Patio door badly needs attention. Difficult to close and very difficult to latch.

This place and area was perfect for a Maui vacation. Central island location, and the place was wonderful. Clean and has everything you could possibly need. Cozy and comfortable and so close to a beach. We loved staying here for the ease and niceness of it! Thank you so much!

We LOVED this place. The condo was clean and stylish. The kitchen had all the amenities that one would need. I appreciated the extras: spices, sandwich bags, foil. Things like this are so helpful. The Tommy Bahama beach chairs were appreciated and well used. The garden view from the lanai was beautiful. We enjoyed the pool and met some really nice people, some who were guests and others, residents. Kihei Garden Estates is quiet and centrally located to restaurants and shopping. We loved the short walk to Kalama Park and the Triangle. Vacation-Maui was very helpful and responsive. I would definitely stay here again and would recommend it to others.

Our condo was lovely with a well stocked kitchen. We loved the location especially how close it is to the beach for morning walks and beautiful evening sunsets. It was perfect for our stay. Mahalo!
