The Neighborhood:
Kihei's sunny South Shore makes beach days feel simple. Walk the shoreline by Waipuilani Park, pick up coffee or dinner along South Kihei Road, and spend a calm morning at the Kamaole Beach Parks. The area's warm water, long sandy stretches, and west-facing sunsets give families an easy daily rhythm: beach, pool, rinse off, then dinner nearby. It is a practical Maui base for travelers who want the sand close and plenty of choices without resort formality.
Getting Around:
Kahului Airport is about 20 to 30 minutes away, an easy drive down Maui's sunny south shore. A rental car is recommended to make the most of Kihei's many beaches, shops, and restaurants spread along the coast. Some stretches near South Kihei Road are walkable to dining and shopping, while beaches are often just minutes away. Parking is typically available on site, in lots, or along nearby streets.

Check-in time: 4:00 PM. Check-out time: 10:00 AM. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises. There is no washer/dryer in the home, but there are coin operated laundry facilities on site. A mandatory $33. 00 check-in/resort fee will be assessed. This property is managed by Heavenly Vacations. unobstructed beach view!
Hot tub and pool area was great. Great view from the balcony. Could use lower dressers or suitcase holders
The condo itself does need some additional updating. There is no closet space due to cleaning supplies and other items being stored. Condobwas mostly clean, but the floors were very dirty. Tile looked clean but our feet and socks turned black almost immediately, so the floors had definitely not been mopped well or at all. Sand, crumbs and dirt in corners and under furniture. With the cost of the condo, I expected more and for it to be cleaner. I probably would not stay here again.
How close this location to beaches, restaurants, grocery shops!!! Walking distance to the beach!

We had everything we needed for our visit.
Right in front of a beautiful beach. Our two bedroom two bath was great for the 5 of us. Quick drive to food and shops as well.
Nice condo, small but worked fine for 5 adults. Great location, close to everything. Saw whale from balcony. Negative; floors could have been cleaner and had kissing bugs in bed. That is why 4 stars.
The condo was dated but it worked. The bathroom shower in the second bedroom didn’t work at all. I had to shower in the primary bedroom. There was only one beach chair and two beach towels for our 10 day stay. It would have been nice to have a sun umbrella for the beach as shade can be hard to find.
We loved our stay here. The location is excellent - right on a beach that is great for walking and watching the sunset - and close to downtown with restaurants, shops and beaches. The view from the lanai is just what we wanted - a great view of the ocean. The property was supplied with all the basic and included some beach gear. (Note: there is one chair but it is a lawn chair, not a beach chair.) awe we’re happy with our stay here!
We liked the location. Very close to the Beach. The Home had all the things that you need on a beach vacation.
We loved every day in Kihei. Our condo was clean and comfy. The view was beautiful. Vacasa customer service was very helpful.
