Relax on your own huge lanai. Feel the wonderful trade winds and take in the island scents from the beautiful Plumeria trees and Hawaiian foliage. The lanai furnishings coupled with ocean views make it the ideal setting for al fresco dining, morning coffee as well as afternoon cocktails and pupus (appetizers).
This roomy two bedroom, two bath unit comes fully stocked with all the amenities needed to make you feel as if you are in your own home. Enjoy the coastal modern decor in this tastefully remodeled condo. Updates include new cabinets, chevron tile backsplash, stone countertops, new appliances, and new beachy furnishings and decor throughout. Seating at the stone bar top as well as a dining table for 4 on the lanai.
Living space offers Smart TV and plenty of cozy seating. Huge sliding doors and louvered windows allow the ocean breezes in. Portable AC in living room for use on warmer Summer days. Both bedrooms have ceiling fans and also TV’s for those who like to drift off to sleep while watching their favorite shows. Primary bedroom features King bed, portable AC and has en suite full bathroom with walk-in shower and spacious vanity to help you get beach ready. Guest bedroom has queen bed and the guest bathroom has tub/shower combo and vanity. Please note that the guest room does not have AC but does have a ceiling fan and louvered windows to allow the trade winds to cool the room.
Unit is supplied with a full-sized , stacked washer/dryer as well as beach chairs and beach towels for use during your stay. #315 is a thoughtfully designed unit and is perfect for couples traveling together who are looking to make their own island memories.
This property features a sparkling pool, an elevator, and free designated parking for one vehicle. Extra perks also include outdoor showers, shared gas grills, and shuffleboard courts.
Maui Parkshore is located in the heart of South Kihei and minutes from the Wailea resorts. There are dozens of restaurants within walking distance and three of Maui’s incredible beaches, Kamaole II, Kamaole III just across the street and Keawakapu, nearby. Take advantage of some of the best snorkeling, learn to surf, and enjoy the wide variety of premier golf courses the island has to offer.

The amenties were good. Location was great.
Overall very good. Clean, comfortable, and homey. The afternoon trade winds blew right through the condo keeping it nice and cool. Short walk to one of Maui’s nicest stretches of beaches. Parking spots were a little tight but that didn’t take away from the overall experience.
Property was very clean. Great location across the street for the beach. Had awesome beach supplies so we didn’t have to bring those items with. Only negative was air conditioners were very noisy and there was not one for second bedroom.
Perfect location, great condo with well-stocked kitchen, helpful extras like beach chairs, umbrellas, beach mats. We would definitely go back!

3rd or 4th time staying at this property. We love the location. This particular unit was updated and very nice! Had all the beach toys necessary. Only drawback was the poor cooking pots and pans. But everything else was on point! Easy check in and check out procedure. Easy parking pass QR check in procedure.great time! Will be back!

Notably, the owner has taken care to provide four snorkeling sets, beach chairs, coolers, and beach toys, adding practical value to the stay. The location is a major highlight, with Kamaole Beach Park just across the street and two shopping centers within a 10-15 minute walk. This convenience allowed for easy access to beach activities and local amenities. Overall, the rental's cleanliness, well-thought-out amenities, and strategic location make it a commendable choice for a beach getaway.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is my 5th visit to this particular condo. Our plane landed early and the property management team gave us the ok to bring cold food into the condo fridge prior to check-in time. That was very helpful. Overall the condo was clean. The floors didn’t appear to be deep cleaned- they were vacuumed, but not mopped well. The team offered to send someone to clean, but it wasn’t convenient for us. It didn’t ruin the trip or change how much fun we had at all. I appreciated the offer to make it right. We will always come back to this condo as the location is great.
