Very Comfortable, Clean, Quiet, Convenient to walk to beach, Super market, the food trucks in little park is Great and shopping. Very Nice Location. Easy instructions the Owner/Host Very Nice! There was a Discrepancy on price Vrbo had listed unknown to Host but she honored it. Luckily I had taken a screen shot of price on the listing before I booked it for proof of price I’m glad I did because, they over charged me at checkout. it was a long hassle over the phone with Vrbo to reverse over charges and it still wasn’t going to be reversed tell I told the agent I wanted her email to send a screen shot of proof of price listed. A person Shouldn’t have to go through that when Vrbo knows darn well and can see the listing in front of them makes themselves look Unprofessional & Dishonest.

We really enjoyed our stay here. The location was excellent, close to great food trucks and restaurants, which made exploring easy and fun. The space was comfortable and well cared for, and Cloy was a kind, attentive host who made everything smooth. A wonderful place to stay in Maui.

Great location

Husband and I came for a get away. We don't need a lot when it comes to a room. This studio was perfect for us. It had everything we needed. It was quiet, access to grills to cook, walk right across the street to the beach, walk to restaurants and foos trucks were plenty. If you want to get away from the high priced hotels with all their fees, this is the studionto secure. Unexpectedly met the host and he was very kind. He is also very responsive and helpful! Not sure if we will get a chance to come back, but if we do, we will look to see if this studio is available. In my opinion, it was worth it!

It was our first time staying at a studio like this and we loved it! Definitely will do it again. The location was great and easily accessible to the beach and lots of food trucks! We loved our stay here! The location was prime walkable to tons of food spots, close to beautiful beaches, and near the resorts too. The place was super cute, clean, and perfect for two people. Beach chairs and towels were a nice touch and came in handy. Check-in was a breeze, and overall it felt like the perfect spot to explore this part of the island. Would definitely stay again!

Had a great experience in this studio! Check-in process was super smooth, and the location of the condo is close to a lot of beaches and great food spots. Cloy is also a great host -- he's super communicative and when there was a tsunami warning (obviously something out of his control), he proactively checked in on how I was doing, which I really appreciated. Highly recommend!

Cloy's property was the perfect place for us to stay during our first trip to Maui. Its a small studio in an old building right next to South Maui Gardens. The place was clean and everything was in working order. The unit contains a portable A/C which was perfectly adequate even in the middle of summer. But the real star of the show was the large walk-in shower, which is something you don't typically find at this price point.The location was also great. We often started off our mornings eating breakfast in the Gardens (they also have a Hula Show and a bird stand), before setting off on our adventure for the day. The beach park across the street is great for a morning stroll and features views of two nearby island.It was a great experience, and we would gladly go here again.

Perfect for our honeymoon! A cute little studio apartment, equidistant from just about anywhere that you can visit! Super close to great beaches and restaurants. The host was prompt, kind, and helped provide us with a wonderful experience! It also comes at a great price! I would definitely stay here again.

The studio was simple but clean and had everything we needed. Located across the street from the beach and there are tons of food trucks next door.

I would like to be in walking distance from the beach and all sorts of restaurants and entertainment, I recommend booking with Cloy in the middle of Kihei. It’s been a fantastic trip to Maui and Cloy has always been communicative towards any questions I had. Great amenities such as chairs, umbrella and towels for your trip to the beach as well. I recommend anyone book in this great room.

We had a lovely stay in Kihei, and this property provided a comfortable and centrally located base for us to explore Maui. We particularly liked the proximity to food trucks at South Maui Gardens and grocery stores, as well as local beaches (Little Beach in Makena State Park was our favorite). Cloy, the owner, was very responsive, and his place was well appointed with essentials for making a Maui visit as wonderful as it could be. Two thumbs up!

I am a neat freak and this place was the most economical within my dates. Very well cleaned, comfortable bed, working ac, clean pool, easy to follow rules, easy check in and out. Working elevator, plenty of towels, beach gear, paper products, and trash bags. I felt at home! Found a bug and almost went nuts but we killed it and didn’t see anymore. Great communication from host , plenty of hangers and rugs. Big enough bathroom and plenty of space to store items. Near plenty of food choices and 7 min walk to grocery store. 15-25 from kam 1-2. Perfect for my stay.

Perfect location in Kihei. Beach right across the street. Within walking of shops and great restaurants. Studio was clean with beach accessories.

Cloy has a wonderful unit in Kihei!!! This is our second time staying here and everything was perfect again. We will totally stay here again when we return. Very clean, great area and it is by lots of great restaurants and so close to the beach. Cloy is very nice to work with and answers any questions very quickly. It is a pleasure to stay in this unit.

We found a gem! The location was perfect! The neighborhood has many great restaurants and we were a few steps from delicious Food Trucks! This rental is directly across the street from the ocean and a park with a walking/running path. We saw the most beautiful sunsets here!! Our Host was outstanding. We had absolutely everything we needed and more for a great Maui vacation. It was awesome to have the best beach chairs, huge comfy beach towels and even a cooler! We loved this Maui rental and you will too. Super clean! Our Host was the most gracious! We will be back!!

Stayed four nights in February. Great central location, did south loop around to Hanna one day, north loop another day, close to great snorkeling, free parking, an outdoor hose to wash off gear, feet, car if ya want. Across the road from the beach, great PIAI fish restaurant almost next door, several pubs, food trucks, food land grocery has great fresh Poke. Room was plenty big enough. Has a portable A/C unit, we only ran it for an hour to take the heat from the day out just before bed, then slept with windows open. Quiet corner of town, at least in February. Owner was great, great communication, great price for the local. Would stay here again next time we come to snorkel the Molokini Crater, a must do if ya like whales and fish.

Cloy was a great host and communicated very well with me. His clean condo studio unit had everything we needed to make Kihei our home for a few days. It’s in a great location with walking distance to Kalama Park for epic sunset viewing, and right next to South Maui Gardens. Lot of great food options within walking distance! Checking in and out was also a very smooth. Thank you Cloy for being a great host, we hope to come back to Maui very soon!

This property is exactly what we were looking for at a price point we were able to afford! We celebrated our 2 year wedding anniversary here in Maui and this could not have been a better location. This condo is walking distance from the awesome Kihei food truck park with many great food options and some of the best beaches for snorkeling experiences on the island !! The owner, Cloy was easy to get a hold of and was very responsive any time we had a question. He also left some awesome stuff for us to use in the condo such as beach chairs, an umbrella and towels which made it easy to just leave and get to the beach. 10/10 recommend.

Perfect for what I needed!

Been coming to Maui for 18 years and have always stayed in Kannapali resorts. We wanted to try Kihei kid free so it was a peefect fit to stay in budget. Grrat location to beach, restaurants and happy hours. Slept great! Will stay again!

Kihei studio is perfectly located yet very quiet for those of us that enjoy some peace and quiet on our vacation time. Coffee, shave ice, food including food trucks are all within walking distance. Nice park is right across the street and beaches are also close enough that you can grab a beach chair and stroll on down. This was perfect for my wife and I and this is now our Maui go to condo.

This is a great location. The room is clean and the size is appropriate for 1-2 people if you primarily just need a place to sleep.

Kihei is so fun and this is the perfect property to have as a jumping point to so many close by activities, restaurants and more! Clean, nice, and perfect amenities. Cloy is a stellar host. Mahalo!

You get amazing value for the price. We had included beach amenities, the bathroom was great and the bed was comfortable. Easy parking. A lot of dining options nearby. If you want to go to Wailea or Makena beach they are around 10 minutes away with a car.

We really loved the location of this studio - it’s close to many restaurants, bistros, as well as several tasty food trucks. We also loved that Cloy provided beach chairs and other essentials.

First off, thank you so much to Cloy for providing us a place during our trip to Maui. Cloy was always attentive and communicative. Every time I had a question, he responded promptly. I never needed ANYTHING as Cloy provided everything from shampoo/soap, coffee maker, a fridge, beach chairs, towels, beach umbrella, and even a portable cooler!! Cloy also leaves a very detailed and simple expectation and rules for guests to follow. Parking is free and accessible. The location is right in Kihei which was very nice as everything was in walking distance or a short drive! 100% recommend Cloy’s place as he was nothing but amazing. Even took delivery of my sunglasses for me! Can’t wait to return next time!

What a neat place to stay. Everything you needed or wanted to do was but a short walk from the unit and the host really went the extra mile to ensure I had an enjoyable stay. The unit had all the things you'd expect to find plus some great "extras" such as foldable beach chairs and other items for spending time just lazing around staring out to sea.

Excellent location, within 2-3 mins to all good trucks and restaurants. Within 3-4 mins drive to all the beaches. You won’t find a studio anywhere which is affordable and is at the right location. Cloy is definitely an amazing host.

Cloy's spot is perfectly situated at the center of Kihei, well within walking distance to restaurants, bars, beaches, and more. The room is minimal but perfect for a couple who is going to spend most of their time enjoying the island (as you should!). The AC was a huge bonus that helped us sleep comfortably in the evenings. Parking was plentiful and secure at night. Overall, we would love to stay at Cloy's place every time we come to Maui!

My girlfriend and I loved this studio. We stayed for 6 nights and used it as a base to explore the island, before spending a few days on a resort. It is definitely small, but it comes very well equipped (beach chairs, umbrella and towels were super useful, we used them everyday!) and you can't beat the location (walking distance to many food options, including this huge food truck park). Parking was super easy and property felt very safe. Cloy is also really nice and communication with him was very easy. Highly recommend this place, would definitely stay again. It was also one of the cheapest options for staying in Kihei.

This Vrbo was exceptional and conveniently situated a short distance from the beach. The surrounding area had an array of interesting activities and sites. Additionally, the cleanliness of the place was appreciated. Overall, it’s a wonderful choice for a stay in Maui.

We loved our stay in Kihei. The room was very clean upon arrival. Checkin was as described and there were no problems. The room is a great size for a short stay. We used the pool and beach gear too and loved that it was available. It was very quiet at night which made sleeping easy. The bed was quite comfortable. The air conditioner was a bit noisy so we used the fan instead and that kept the room just right. Thank you for our wonderful stay in Maui!

Perfect location, walkable to beach park across the street, open-air market plus grocery store; just right for single traveler, everything I could want for a 5-day stay was in the unit. Met Cloy a number of times in the parking lot, we share a few passions. Thanks for everything, including discount offered for construction noise.

We found this studio to be well stocked with many things that guests might need but would not be able to pack along with them. The location is in walking distance of many restaurants and the ocean front. It was comfortable and clean!
