This Studio has been remodeled and furnished with modern furniture for your beach getaway. You have a view of the tennis court from the lanai, while enjoying your breakfast or morning coffee. The unit comes with air conditioner to keep you cool after a day at the beach. In the kitchen, you can prepare your home cook meals, or picnic lunch and snacks, while exploring beautiful island of Maui. Rainy day? Enjoy movies from Netflix, complimentary on demand. The condo complex is across the street from Kalepolepo Beach Park, Kalepolepo Fishpond and Hawaiian Island Humpback Whale National Marine Sanctuary. You can enjoy the complex pool and hot tub or play tennis at the tennis court. There is also a BBQ grill by the pool to prepare your favorite grill recipes. The condo complex has laundry room with coin/app operated washers and dryers. Please note that smoking is only allowed in the designated area in the parking lot. Maximum 4 people occupancy. Kihei Bay Surf is located in north Kihei, just 10 miles from the airport. Within a short drive, you can drive to grocery stores, restaurants, shopping, golf, and spa. There are many water activities at the beach, such as kayaking and stand-up paddle boarding or just relaxing with a great book, sunbathing, and beachcombing. Maalaea Harbor and Kihei Boat Ramp are a short drive, if you want to go on boat excursion for snorkeling, diving, sportfishing, whale watching tours from December to April, and sunset or dinner cruises. From North Kihei, you have many great options to drive to South Maui to enjoy golf, shops, restaurants, beaches in Kihei, Wailea and Makena, or drive out to the West side and enjoy art galleries, restaurants, and shopping.

Love the location! Beach is across street, super nice to watch sunrise and sunset. Check bed sheets first, mine had sand and hair. Not good. They did have extra clean one’s. Would upgrade the coffee maker and get a coffee grinder as well. Otherwise had everything I needed.
