EXCELLENT location, very clean, and exactly as described! Great amenities (pool, multiple grills, lawn space) and very easy parking/access.

View of the beach from the property was awesome. The condo rooms were as pictured. It was a little small but had a great location. Close to restaurants, activities and food trucks.

This condo is steps from the beach. Check in was easy with good communication with the host. The pool and hot tub are just steps away from the unit. The kitchen was fully furnished with everything we needed. The bed was super comfortable!! Had a great week, Thanks Chris & Michelle for sharing your place with us.

Beautiful, well stocked clean condo unit with amazing oceanfront view. Watched whales swimming by from our Lanai!. Would definitely book again.

You know it’s a good trip when no one wants to leave. I can’t say enough good things about the Sugar Beach Resort. This was our 3rd time staying at this resort and the 2nd time staying in Room 115. We are a family of 5 and we all love it. Easy check in, condos are clean, right on an awesome beach, a bunch of BBQ space for cooking, and a nice pool and hot tub. Tons of lounge chairs, and easy going guests. The maintenance workers keep everything nice and clean every day. Chris and the property management team are responsive and easy to communicate with. I don’t want to say too many good things because it kinda feels like this is a hidden gem on Maui. Can’t wait to come back!

The condominium was beautiful and spotless on arrival. The view was spectacular; we enjoyed watching the whales and the sunsets from the lanai. Chris, the host, was always responsive and accommodating. 5 stars!!!!

We had a wonderful stay! This was a ground floor condo right on the beach. Sugar Beach is a nice beach for long walks in the morning or early evening - enjoyed both. Great location in North Kihea. Great communication with the host... much appreciation for a much needed vacation in Paradise!

Right on the water! The place was clean and comfortable. The resort is very nice with new BBQ's near the beautiful pool and big jacuzzi. Chris was very accommodating. We appreciated the cooler and beach towels and beach chains. We would definitely return.

Gorgeous view of a beautiful beach right out the back window. Pool and hot tub were a nice bonus.

A wonderful stay in Chris's condo. All was as described, clean, comfortable, and had all the kitchen amenities one needs. You can't beat opening the door and walking steps out to the beach and the ocean to swim or watch the sunset, it doesn't get better than that. Sugar Beach is a great central location in Maui. Chris is a great host, responsive to the couple of questions we had. We would love to stay again!!

Great oceanfront location with swimming, pool, sunsets and long natural beach and pond walks right out front of the ground floor condo. Easy check-in, clean and comfortable.

Place was clean and wonderful.

Clean unit with comfortable bed and great access to the beach. Good view from patio. Only thing that bothered us was that the WiFi would go in and out so our phones and the tv wouldn’t stay connected to it - other than that, good place to stay.

Excellent location, central to most everything you’d want to do. Beach front was so nice everyday and at sunset. Super clean and well equipped condo. Didn’t need to contact host for anything. Highly recommend!

We had a fantastic stay! Location was in a very chill, and quiet part of North Kihei. Perfect point that offers short drive to downtown Kihei, but also offers central spot to easily access Wilea, Upcountry, and North Maui. Covered parking for your rental too. Enjoy waking up with a beautiful ocean view every morning!

Excellent ground floor location with direct access to the beach. Close to pool, bar/restaurant, tour operators, etc. Provided beach chairs were a nice bonus.

Everything was as advertised. The location itself is the best on the island. Would highly recommend anybody looking for a relaxing place not in the middle of everywhere. But very close to everywhere.

Pictures don’t do this place justice. It was STUNNING. Very clean, has everything you need to cook and stay a while. The bath towels are thick and so soft! Check in and check out was so easy! The pool was my kids favorite! And they even have a sauna which we loved!! 12/10 recommend. We will definitely be back!!!

The condo is wonderful. Good location right on the beach. Clean. Well stocked kitchen. Comfortable bed. Quiet. Great sunsets.Walking distance to farmers market and 15 min drive to supermarket. this was our second year here and plan on coming back for 2026

This was a wonderful location to spend our 30th wedding anniversary. Kehei is a great place for dining and adventure with lots of stuff to do.

We loved the location and being on the ground floor for easy access to the beach. The place had everything we needed and we enjoyed the beach and pool in the late afternoon when the winds picked up. Sugar Beach is centrally located and was very easy to travel the the beaches on west Maui as well as south Maui. This will definitely be our first choice on our next trip to Maui.

This place was amazing. We arrived 4 hrs early. I would’ve booked the day before if I would have known the check in time was 4pm. The pull out couch needs a new mattress. All in all 💯😊❤️.

Great communication! Very clean. Kitchen well stocked and clean. Nicely decorated. Could have used more than 1 roll of toilet paper for staying for a week for a family of 4, and also would have been nice to have some shampoo/conditioner more than the small trial size (just the cheap stuff!).

The place was just like the photos. The beach proximity is literally steps from the patio. The furnishings are comfortable including the bed. The central AC was very welcome as that is not the norm in Hawaii. It would be nice if there were beach chairs available but the beach towels provided worked.

Sugar Beach was just as I remembered from my childhood. We enjoyed the white sand beach, and pool area only steps from our lanai. The unit was well stocked for our cooking needs., and the bed was super comfy. The view from the lanai was amazing!

Perfect location central to all of Maui. Can’t beat the oceanfront view just steps away from the beach and also steps away from the pool for best of both worlds! Best bang for your buck here with all amenities included. Would 100% stay here again.

A perfect stay! The only thing wrong was having to leave. :-) The accommodations were fantastic.

This was our second time staying at this resort and this time we stayed in the bottom floor with the beach view. The condo was great, clean, easy to check in, and relaxing. Room that is right on the beach. It was great to just walk out of the room and be on the beach. We will be staying here in the future.

Loved the condo- bed was comfortable. More than enough linens Kitchen well stocked Furniture in living room was nice We have been coming to Hawaii for 49 years. Will come back to sugar beach next year!
