Great views, great location and great place to vacation!
Overall, we had a great time staying in this condo. The view was perfect and we really enjoyed being able to walk down to the beach every day. The property management team was also great at communicating. We did experience a few minor issues during our stay. I reported termites on the second day we were staying there and the issue was never addressed - the pile of termite droppings got larger by the day. Additionally, if you are a light sleeper you should definitely bring ear plugs - the roosters start making noise around 3am. Note, the window above the headboard is extremely thin so be prepared to hear people walking by and the traffic on the adjacent street. There also is very little air flow in the bedroom so if you are a warm sleeper you may want to sleep above the covers or in the living room. Lastly, it was a disappointment that we were not informed that there would be extensive construction in the parking lot during the entirety of our stay. There was nowhere to park our car several nights in a row. This is something that should have been communicated at the time of booking or as soon as the property management team was aware that it would be happening.
You can’t see a good sunset from this location. The furniture was terribly uncomfortable and the bed was lopsided. There were 2 cars one night where someone tried to siphon gas from their cars. Can’t walk to any stores from this address either. Nice pool-
Our cute, clean condo had stunning views and easy beach access in a quiet area. Ideal location for exploring Maui and not crowded. Sometimes we had the beach to ourselves. It was perfect.

The location of the condo was great! Right in the middle if everything . Great farmers market right across the street. We watched manta rays playing right in front of the condo! Great place to stay!
We just returned after 10 amazing days in this beautiful condo. Everything was perfect from the beginning. Before arriving we sent a basic grocery shopping list via Maui Grocery and we got all delivered to our room. Is not really cheap but having the fridge well stocked after a long flight and getting there late at night it was well worth it. The condo is perfect, clean and very conveniently located. Is a short 15 minutes drive to Wailea and the best beaches. If you don’t want to drive you can enjoy the beautiful beach in front of the building. Is so quiet like you have your own private beach.Listening to the waves crashing day and night is a dream come true! The management is very helpful and easy to communicate with. We will definitely return. Mahalo for everything!
Loved the location and the condo. Fantastic location to everything that you will want to do. Loved the bakery and shave ice across the street. The grill area was very nice also. Just a perfect location
Be prepared for a lot of in person contact. If that's not your thing, it can be a lot. But the location was wonderful, the view was gorgeous, the beach was clean. Definitely give it a 5 star!!!
Location: Quiet, perfectly placed between Lahaina and Wailea. Tucked into the bay. Lots of Whales in the morning 3/17-3/28. We just made it in time for the end of whale season. Beautiful views no obstructions while watching the ocean. Right across the street there is a farmers market, a convince store (a little over priced but certainly handy), great little bakery, The islands best shaved ice (plan for a long line) and a little gift shop as well. 15 mins from the area that has most of your large retailers, Target, Wal-Mart etc. Unit: Very clean. The owners and management company clearly put in a lot of effort to make your stay as comfortable as possible. Nice furniture different types of pillows, lots of blankets, plenty of towels for the shower and beach. Fans in the closet. I found every cooking item I needed. The beds were comfortable (even the pull-out couch) The view from the terrace is truly amazing. I liked that it wasn't a big/busy unit. The pool is modist size but we didn't have any issues getting a chair or having space to swim. Beach: The beach was a really nice strech of soft sand. Being in the bay it wasn't clear enough for snorkeling but the water was always warm and my son had a great time with the boogy board. Laundry: There is no washer or dryer in the unit but the washers and dryers on the premises were good. The room was clean and they had two washers and two dryers. Both units were very efficient. $1.00 to wash $1.00 to dry, unless you use the heavy duty washing machine, that cost $1.50. I've used dryers before that i had to add more coins to actually get the clothes dry and this DID NOT require that! Overall, it was a fabulous time had by all. I would highly reccomend this unit and resort.
