This condo is perfect for couples and families with a comfortable King bed and a Queen bed. The complex features a recently renovated pool with a nice outdoor barbecue area and laundry facility. There is assigned, off street parking right below the unit.
The condo is very comfortable and inviting, with newer furnishings, wood-looking floor throughout and tasteful tropical decor. Each of the two bedrooms has its own air conditioning unit so that everyone can sleep in total comfort.
The kitchen is modern with granite counter tops, full size fridge, dishwasher, microwave, a gas stove, toaster, coffee maker, dinnerware, and much more. We’ve supplied all the necessities for you to cook and dine in if you choose.
We have supplied the condo with everything you will need to make your stay pleasant and relaxing. There is a 55-inch UHD TV with roku and cable for relaxing evenings.

I don't usually leave long reviews on VRBO, but I feel compelled to this time because I don't believe the photos in this post are entirely accurate. Issues we had with the unit: --The decor and unit itself are both very dated. Some of the furniture just looks extremely worn/used to the point that pieces are flaking off (coffee table). Rugs in the hallway are totally frayed and in one case had a huge hole. Everything just looks very old and used. --The bathroom is extremely bare bones. Tub and shower are really old and water pressure isn't great. We almost ran out of toilet paper. No tissues were provided. No first aid kit (needed when my daughter got cut.) These are all items that would have made the experience nicer. --A/C in master bedroom stopped working but was fixed (see below). Because there's no main AC, the common area does get very warm, even with windows and fans. Fans were very dusty. --Unit is on third floor, which we knew, but going up the stairs with heavy suitcases isn't fun. --Many of the items in the kitchen are quite worn. The passthrough window to the patio didn't work - it was stuck shut. PROS: --Communication with property manager was very good. He responded immediately when we started having A/C problems, came by and tried to fix it, and then the next day bought and installed a new one. --Location is very good, only a couple of blocks to the beach. I don't expect the furniture and decor to be brand new, but just about everything in this unit looks so old, used, and worn. It wasn't what I expected from the unit based on the pictures and price point.
Felt a little bit nickle and dimed to say you have to go buy your own toilet paper. Air conditioner in the king bedroom didn't work. No vaccum.
I needed a 2 night rental before I could check into the condo I’ll be staying in for two weeks. This condo fit the bill as it is right upstairs from the other. Although it could use some updating it fit the need.
Amenities were great. Glad some beach equipment were provided, also towels. Very glad the rooms had air conditioners, we do understand due to the nature of the building, it cannot be in every room. The living room space does get very warm but thank you for providing many fans to accommodate. The space was neat and very aesthetically nice. That said, the fans were very dusty. Loved the view from the porch, we had a great view of Pu'u Kukui and a beautiful cloudy sunset. I hope folks read the description carefully and note that this building is not handicap friendly. There are a few flights of stairs to climb. We followed the extensive cleaning instructions closely to check but also wonder about the cleaning fee with all our efforts to maintain the tidiness. Overall the experience was very nice and seamless and we all very much enjoyed our stay.
This place is beautiful, clean . Great family place with a big pool. And the grounds are well kept.
Walking distance to Kam 1 beach, a good snorkeling spot, as well as a couple of local restaurants. Unit and property are very quiet, a key for good sleep!
