Kihei Beach Unit 503 Charming Oceanfront Condo on Beautiful Sugar Beach

We really like the condo and where it is at. The view can’t be beat. We really struggled with the air conditioner. We would set it but it kept changing back to other settings so when we got back to our room it would be too warm or in the night also. The gnats were better when we left but we were having to sweep them up all the time. I know that is out of your control but just mentioning it. We would love to stay here again in the future for sure. Overall we loved it here.

The view of the ocean from each room is beautiful. The condo is clean and provides nice bedding. The grounds are very well kept. The location is great.

It's roomy, comfortable for sleeping/relaxing/cooking, and of course, has that million dollar view of the sea. The tile flooring feels cleaner than a carpet can ever be, it's well stocked for cooking and beach fun, and everything was in excellent working order when I was there. The central AC works well, but it does take a while to cool off upon arrival, so you have to use the fans and be patient. Great central location, and being across from the coffee shop/bakery/famers market is really nice.

We loved this condo. It was easy to get to and close to a great bakery, farmer's market and great shave ice! The condo was clean and well stocked with everything! Beach chairs, boogie boards, coolers, towels, pots, pans every convenience you can think of. We loved our stay here and will consider coming back. This condo had a great view. The only thing we wish is that the pool was heated as it was a little chilly so we didn't go in. The beach was magnificent to walk and watch the sunsets on. You won't be disappointed with this condo and the owners. Thanks for a great stay!

The only two complaints are that we were driving a compact vehicle and even then the parking spaces where very tight. Also laundry rooms smell bad and washing machine and dryers also smelled bad and looked dirty so we decided to not use them. Other than that everything else was good. View of the whales on the ocean from out terrace was beautiful and condo was very nice and clean. I hope to return and stay here again next time I come to Maui. Thank you

Perfect

At first we thought being away from the town area would be a negative, but we realized having uncrowded beaches at a perfect swimming spot was well worth it. We will definitely book the property again.

We loved our stay. Centrally located, and one of the best equipped condos we have stayed in, down to flashlights, which we needed during a short power outage :) Would definitely consider staying here again and recommend to others.
