PEST CONTROL AND ROOSTERS:
Due to Maui’s rural location you may experience the occasional rooster, as well as harmless geckos. Geckos are friendly, eat insects, and are considered good luck in Hawaiʻi. Please don’t kill them. The HOA schedules regular professional pest control services for pests such as ants, roaches, and rodents; however, they cannot be completely controlled in this part of the world.
HAWAIʻI CLIMATE:
Hawaiʻi is located in a tropical climate, and insects, rodents, and lizards flourish in this environment. If our guests spot more than the normal expected pests, we always make our best efforts to contact and work with the HOA to minimize your interactions with these pests. Our units are meticulously cleaned and inspected. Any contact with such pests within or outside the unit does not constitute a breach of this Agreement or give the Guest any right to any refund or rental adjustment.

We make no guarantee that surrounding properties will be free from disturbances such as construction, traffic, or other guests. These do not constitute a breach of this rental or any refund entitlement.

Freshly renovated, this studio in Kihei is right across the street from one of the many beaches in Kihei with one of the most stunning sunsets. It is stocked with everything you need to cook and go to the beach (beach chairs, umbrellas, cooler). There is also a great pool and jacuzzi area with 2 big BBQs for cooking meals. Communication with hosts have been top notch. I would definitely come back!
