PEST CONTROL AND ROOSTERS: Due to Maui’s rural location you may experience the occasional rooster, as well as harmless geckos. Geckos are friendly, eat insects, and are considered good luck in Hawai‘i. Please don’t kill them. The HOA schedules regular pest control, but some insects and lizards are part of island life. Our units are meticulously cleaned and inspected. Contact us if you experience more than normal pest activity — we’ll work with the HOA to help. These occurrences do not constitute a refund or rental adjustment.

Hawaiʻi’s tropical environment supports a variety of island wildlife, including geckos, ants, and occasional roosters. Despite regular professional pest control, these are part of normal island living. Our units are carefully cleaned and inspected, and any contact with such pests does not constitute a breach of agreement or qualify for refund or adjustment.

Nice condo on 4th floor with a little view of the water. All the rooms were well appointed, clean, and well maintained. The complex has a wonderful pool.
Beautiful views
You can see the ocean and walk to the beach within a minute. The condo was perfect for a family of 4 for the 3 week stay. Any minor issues we had, we communicated via internet to our host and it was as though we never had an issue at all. Location exactly where youd want to be from anything. Restaurants, grocery stores, food trucks, ocean. 10/10 will stay here again. Magnificent is all I can say.
