Inside dining comfortably seats four, ideal for game nights or shared dinners, with additional bar seating for two at the breakfast counter. Step outside to your private lanai, where al fresco dining for four invites you to unwind in the gentle trade winds and take in the peaceful tropical surroundings.
The bright and airy living room is framed by large sliding glass doors that bring the outdoors in. Enjoy comfortable seating, a large wall-mounted TV, and a Sonos sound bar for an elevated entertainment experience. A newly installed split AC system (2023) ensures year-round comfort, making this space perfect for relaxing after a day at the beach or celebrating special occasions like anniversaries and honeymoons.
The bedroom offers a restful escape with a California king bed, ceiling fan, air conditioning, and its own TV for cozy evenings in. Just outside the bedroom, the fully renovated bathroom provides easy access from both the sleeping and living areas. Additional conveniences include an in-unit full-size washer and dryer, beach towels, and backpack-style beach chairs for your island adventures.
Kihei Aliʻi Kai places you in the heart of sunny South Maui, just a short walk from the renowned Kamaole Beach Park I. This was a great condo for our week in Kehei. Modern updates and very comfortable space. Could have spent the whole month here without any issues. Great beech access we lots of great restuarants and grocery store access.

The condo was just as lovely as pictured and the location couldn’t be better. We have stayed at a number of Maui condos and this location is a winner — close to everything but up the hill and quiet. The property management company was quick to respond to our concern about a broken toaster and bedroom blind. They replaced the toaster within hours, but unfortunately could not do anything about the blinds during our 3 week stay. Hopefully that will be solved before the next guests arrive. Thank you for sharing your lovely spot.
I booked this condo because of the views and pictures and it did not disappoint. It was spotlessly clean and beautifully updated. The location was great for beach access, restaurants and an ABC store where you could buy supplies all within walking distance. The bed was very comfortable and appreciated the dual air conditioning. The only complaint would be the couch, though visually pleasing was not comfortable to sit on as it gave no support. Other than that, I would absolutely book here again.
My boyfriend and I just returned from a lovely, 4 night stay at this beautiful condo. The unit has been recently upgraded throughout, with a new kitchen, bathroom, flooring, furniture, fixtures, amenities and cute decorations. The place was spotlessly clean when we arrived and we were welcomed with a nice basket of Kona coffee and Hawaiian snacks. The condo had everything we needed for our stay and the KAK complex is clean and very well maintained. It is a short walk to some beautiful sandy beaches, cafes, and restaurants. But the most amazing thing about the condo is the unbeatable view of the ocean and islands from the comfortable lanai. I think this is the best view on the island.
