PEST CONTROL AND ROOSTERS: Due to Maui’s rural location you may experience the occasional rooster, as well as harmless geckos. Geckos are friendly, eat insects, and are considered good luck in Hawaii. Please don’t kill them. The HOA schedules regular pest control, but some insects and lizards are part of island life. Our units are meticulously cleaned and inspected. Contact us if you experience more than normal pest activity — we’ll work with the HOA to help. These occurrences do not constitute a refund or rental adjustment.

Hawaiʻi’s tropical environment supports a variety of island wildlife, including geckos, ants, and occasional roosters. Despite regular professional pest control, these are part of normal island living. Our units are carefully cleaned and inspected, and any contact with such pests does not constitute a breach of agreement or qualify for refund or adjustment.

We enjoyed our visit. Thank you for the help when we couldn't find our code that day. Everything was just as it appeared. ComfortableBed. Very clean. Excellent location and amenities. We'd love to come again.
Great property. Beach chairs, towels and umbrella are provided. Great kitchen and fully stocked. Bath towels are big and soft. Beds are comfortable including the pull out sofa. Lanai has beautiful views. Washer and dryer with detergent was awesome to have on the trip.
We were so happy with the condo it was spacious and the kitchen was extremely well equipped. We were able to prepare all of our meals in the condo. The location is excellent right across from the beach. The pool and hot tub were super fun with the kids. The condo had everything we needed for beach days and an amazing stay. The lanai was wonderful and we ate all of our meals on the lanai while enjoying the view.
Loved this unit . Close to everything ! Condo was well stocked. Didn’t need to worry about bringing anything but our bathing suits and sunscreen. Will definitely stay here again in the future .
