Fantastic panoramic sea views - Best beaches - great location - well managed

Check in was easy and the place was beautiful! So close to the beach and perfectly located so I could explore the island easily. Would absolutely stay here again!

Great Property! Great Host!

The rental is nice and in a great location. It is well-equipped with basic essentials including everything you need for a day at the beach (which is right across the street). The property is maintained nicely with pools and outdoor grills. The host is quick to respond. I will definitely keep this place at the top of my list for places to stay the next time we visit Maui! This was our fourth August staying a full month at this wonderful Kihei apartment, and it truly feels like our Maui home away from home. The location is unbeatable, just steps from the beach, close to great coffee and restaurants, and perfectly central for exploring the island.The apartment is spotless, comfortable, and thoughtfully stocked with everything we need for a long stay. We especially love the breezy balcony for morning coffee and sunsets. The hosts are consistently welcoming and attentive, making every visit seamless.We can’t imagine spending August anywhere else, this apartment has become part of our Maui tradition and we highly recommend it!Agim & Luljeta

It was our first visit to Kihei Akahi where our friends have previously stayed. We thoroughly enjoyed D506. It was set up with everything you need and more. Everything was well cared for and clean.The grounds and maintenance of all of the amenities were exceptional and great attention to detail.

We have stayed at a few different condos in Kihei and really loved this one for the location across Kam 2 beach and it’s close to shops and restaurants. The condo was very well stocked with everything we needed in the kitchen and for the beach (2 chairs, umbrella, cooler, mat). The king bed was extremely comfortable and the bedroom was kept cool enough. The ocean view from the lanai was lovely and you even get a view of Haleakala from the walkway. We’d definitely stay here again!

Great condo, location and owner.

The location was one of the most amazing aspects of staying in this well-equipped condo. I love waking up early to watch the sunrise, and being within walking distance of the beach makes catching sunsets the perfect way to end the day. Stephan was excellent at communicating all the details well in advance.

The property was clean and a short walk from the beach in a neighborhood full of great food

Very nice unit in the D Building, which sits back away from the main road and is parallel to the beach, meaning the views and sunsets are awesome. Everything is as advertised for a short or extended stay. The AC is not a split system, only a window unit in the main living room. The back bedroom stays cool if you run the fans and move cool air back. We opened the windows and let the trade winds blow and it was awesome. Wife and I plan to return every year as long as Stephen has it available on VRBO.

Great property, looking forward for next year

The condo is clean and has a great view of the ocean. Condo has a comfortable bed and a nice pull out couch bed. Lots of beach items available for use during your stay- ice chest, beach chairs, snorkeling items and sand toys. Bathroom has a blow dryer. Kitchen is fully stocked and has a coffee pot (not pods) The locations of the Condo is perfect! Walking distance from restaurants and bars and beach access is across the street. Cannot wait to come back

This condo was well stocked, appeared as described, and served us well during our honeymoon in Maui. We especially loved being able to walk across the street to the beach and use the provided beach chairs to relax. Air does not circulate well to the back bedroom but there was a floor fan and ceiling fan so we were good to go! Proximity to other areas of the island was also a plus - it seems like this area is a good spot to be central to most sights and sounds. Bonus points for the cool guest book!

The condo was amazing! Great location and beautiful view. It had everything we needed for the beach and the host was very accommodating. We would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Had a great time. Easy to register. Great Location and there was everything in the condo that you need during your stay. The Condo was clean and well laid out.

After landing in Maui , tried to get the code for my rental, was told I had no reservations!! Management wouldn’t call me , only would text, panicking set in. Eventually called VRBO and they resolved the problem, I guess we were relocated to a different building, or was given wrong information, but I had printed out my reservation and had my confirmation on my phone as well, still unsure of what really happened, but ended up with a room at the same property, it was clean, quiet, and a beautiful view. After the panic, it worked out in the end.

We had stayed at the Kihei Akahi before but not in building D on the 5th floor and the view from D503 is one you dream about. Every morning when you wake up and see that view you know it is going to be a good day. As well as the view the unit was clean and well stocked with everything you need to make your stay a memorable one.

We had a wonderful time. The condo is a bit away from the busy street, so it is quite and still close to the beach.

Great location. Friendly atmosphere. It did rain for a day and a half straight during part of my stay and no flooding. The washing machine flood sensor went off and the local contact listed was quick to respond. Great experience overall!
