Bright, breezy Corner studio, low rates all year OPEN: Jun-Aug 25

Great location, great hosts. Convenient condo, definitely on the smaller side, but cozy and comfortable spot. Best for a couple and/or maybe one kid, it was just me and my daughter so perfect fit. Had everything necessary for a great trip. Beach gear and kitchen, dedicated parking spot, wifi was consistent and strong inside the unit

We really enjoyed our month long stay in November/December… The suite is indeed very bright and breezy. We never had to use the A/C, just the two ceiling fans helped keep us cool and comfortable.The Kitchen had everything we needed to prepare meals and the barbecue grills at the pool were excellent and impeccably clean…Bed, bathroom and living area were perfect for our needs. When we had an issue with the TV, Terry took time out of his Sunday to help us by replacing the cable box and tv remote through the local service provider…Another big plus, the toys!!! They’ve got everything anyone would want for a fun day at the beach. We used the Tommy Bahama chairs and umbrella almost every day. The adult sized boogie board was also appreciated. We won’t worry about packing snorkelling fins next time, they’ve got sets to fit the whole family. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and look forward to renting this unit again.

This place was all we need and had everything we needed! Stayed here before and plan on coming back! We were already on the Island and really appreciated the early check in! Petra was very helpful! Mahalo for sharing your piece of paradise with us!

Very good space for our trip. Walking distance to beach, right off main road in town, and everything was within 30 minute drive.

Restaurants nearby were good: Subway, Maui Icecream, Moose McGillicudy's. It was a very short walk to the beach to catch the beautiful sunsets. We especially enjoyed taking the tour around the complex to find all the listed flowers, trees, and shrubs on the map provided in the unit.

Great location waking distance of beach and food, not crowded overall had great time in Maui didnt spend a whole lot of time at the vrbo

All we can say is AMAZING, from checkin to checkout nothing could’ve been better. Host were open and honest with the accommodations, easy infobook with everything in the condo. From booking to the entire stay host we’re on it. We came forour 25th anniversary and didn’t want to leave. If your a couple looking forthat get away and can’t seem to find a affordable and nice place this is it. We will be coming back and would definitely stay with this host again if available.

2 adults and 1 teen: This was a perfect spot to base our week on the island. Really appreciated how many beaches were within a short walk or drive. Also coffee and amazing cinnamon rolls just up the road. Kihei was excellently located for driving to various destinations. Balcony let us see a piece of the ocean and studio was set up to easily enjoy breezes. It was also well stocked with gear for beach days, and being able to do laundry so we could pack even lighter. Neighbors were quiet and kind. Wifi was smooth, no issues connecting to work / scrolling social media. Facility included swimming pools, tennis, and pickle ball.

Wonderful stay at this fabulous location. The place was spotless and the hosts were very responsive. Highly recommended!

We stayed 11 days. The unit is well eqipped with everything needed and the beach is a very short walk away. The complex is well managed and the office staff are very helpful. The property owner was very responsive. The position of the unit makes it easy to avoid the hot afternoon sun.

Cute little condo in a great location in Kihei. Easy beach access by foot or car. It was also nice to have access to a pool once the wind set in at the beach. Would definitely come back here!

Petra and Terry were friendly welcoming hosts who responded immediately when we had questions or other issues. The studio is cozy, comfortable and quiet with good lighting and a beautiful breeze. We never needed to use the air conditioner. The location is ideal as the beach, restaurants, and shopping are a short walk away. The grounds are attractive and pools exceptionally clean. Everything is well maintained.

It was just my spouse and I staying this unit. It is all that you need on your trip. The activities closet is fully loaded so we were able to go out and enjoy our day at the beach with everything we needed. The building is in a perfect spot to be able to walk to the beach and some close amenities. We would definitely stay here again!

Pros: Great location. 30 min to airport, walk to beach, snorkeling, eateries. Beach chair, towels, umbrella, snorkel equipment, and gears for various activity all there. Quiet time after 10pm. Comfortable bed Free assigned parking Beautiful sunset Great communication from owners. Couple of minor cons: Pots, pans, dishes...etc weren't cleaned to our standard. Our devices couldn't connect to their wifi for some reason (couldn't see the wifi). Struggled a bit with check-in instructions.

Quiet building can't hear other next door residents.

Great little unit in Kihei. It's pretty small, but more than enough space for a couple. It's a corner unit with a lanai, which I loved because it got great cross breezes with the windows open and we enjoyed the lanai before it got too sunny in the mornings. Everything we needed was there for us to use. We really liked the compex and grounds.

Great little studio to use as home base in Kihei. Had pretty much everything we needed for our stay. Having the washer snd dryer in unit was very helpful . Short walk to beach to watch sunset and nearby restaurants. Had a nice deck which cooled down nicely in the evenings as it didn’t get the afternoon sun . The host Petra was very quick to reply with any inquiries I had ! Would recommend this unit !

The suite is conveniently located in a complex across from a beautiful beach. The room is equipped with all that you will need for your stay.

We stayed here during our vacation in October 2024 .very good location just 2 mins walkable from beach . Place was very clean , lot of restaurants ,cafes & grocery stores at a walking distance. Sunsets are beautiful from this beach . We landed little earlier than check in time, host was kind enough to let us do early check in . Definitely recommend this place

The condo was clean and had everything we needed for the beach. Having a washer and dryer in a studio was convenient. Communication was easy and quick with the owner. We would definitely stay here again!

We recommend the apartment of Petra and Terry for everyone who is looking for a peaceful place to sleep and relax before and after the Maui’s experiences and activities. It’s like a beach/pool resort because one of the nicest beach of Kihei is in front of the resort and you have two pools available. We loved everything about this paradise!

We really enjoyed our stay at Petra and Terry’s place. It’s so close to everything. So close to the beach, so close to gift shops and restaurants. While we’re there,I was already checking for availabilities of their place for next year because we were thinking of coming back again in Maui and staying at their place. So convenient. The best part was after we had our dinner we crossed the street to go to the beach and watched a spectacular sunset almost every night.

We had a great experience staying in this corner studio. The condo was very clean, the property around the buildings was beautiful, and we were less than a 5 minute walk from a gorgeous beach. We also had plenty of food/entertainment options nearby. This is an excellent place for a homebase while exploring all of Maui.

Great location close to all the great Kihei beaches and businesses. So close to the beach! The property is clean and has nice botanical gardens. The condo had everything we needed.

Best place to stay. You can walk to famous beaches. Has everything you need from beach chairs to spices for cooking if needed. Amazing communication with host!!!

We had a lovely week long stay at this perfect Studio Condo. The location is amazing short walk to beach, shopping, restaurants….. The condo is well equipped and comfortable. We enjoyed the balcony facing the mountains. Thank you for providing a perfect place.

Property was in a great location. Quiet, easy check-in and overall as advertised. My one note would be that new fitted sheets are in order as the elastic has gone in the current ones and I woke up a few times being swallowed by the sheet.

This unit provided us with all the amenities needed for our visit to Maui, including books about Maui and activities to do there. All items needed for a day to the beach or other adventures were available i.e., beach chairs, umbrella, snorkeling equipment, cooler, ice packs, and even some reef acceptable sunscreen. The price was reasonable, it was close to a beach, golf courses, restaurants, and shopping. We totally enjoyed our stay in this comfortable unit for 2 (or even a family if you all get along and can easily share a large room). Bed was very comfortable with clean sheets, lots of towels, beach towels, and washer/dryer was a bonus.

Absolutely beautiful location across from the beach where you can swim with the sea turtles. Clean, quiet location. Close to farmers markets and nightlife.

Great location in Maui...close to beach and restaurants and shopping. Our hosts were very responsive to a minor complaint that we had when we first arrived. We would definately recommend this studio.

Owners are quick to respond and helpful. Great location, property grounds are safe and beautiful. Easy parking.
