PERFECT LOCATION. Small detour of S. Kihei RD doesn't lessen how spectacular this spot is. Legit 40 steps from the door of rental to the ocean water of Kam II beach. Views from both lanai are great, it's very spacious too.
Outstanding experience! Highly recommend this property and would enjoy the opportunity to stay at Lynette's property again. Excellent view of the ocean and the AC was amazing throughout the property.
Great unit, full of everything you could imagine or need for your stay
Great location for this beautiful family friendly condo right across from the Kam II beach. Full kitchen nicely stocked with all the essentials. The condo was clean and well kept.Host Lynette was very responsive and helpful. We would definitely stay here again.Thanks for sharing this property!
Amazing location, convenient parking right in front of the unit, would stay again!
Lynette is an awesome host who responds quickly to any questions! The unit description is spot on—you really are just steps from the beach, and having beach chairs and an umbrella provided was a huge plus. The kitchen is truly FULLY stocked with high-quality cookware, making it easy to cook meals. The master mattress is very comfortable, and we loved the dual outdoor spaces: the patio for privacy and the 2nd-floor lanai for stunning sunsets. The onsite office staff were also very helpful with local tips. Plus, the location is unbeatable—walking distance to great restaurants and shops. Although the street in front of unit had collapsed due to the Kona Low storms, it in no way impacted our visit. We can't wait to stay in this townhouse again!

Location is great, right across from the beach which is patrolled and walking distance to plenty of restaurants. The townhouse was exactly as described. Clean, spacious, and very comfortable with plenty of room for a family of 4 to relax without feeling crowded. Parking at the front door.Check-in was seamless, with everything straightforward from start to finish with Lynette, clear communication prior, during and post stay.We had a fantastic stay!
