Our 2nd stay - love the location and quiet vibe of the unit and complex. Excellent across kam 2. One of our fav beaches in Kihei. Bed comfortable and well stocked kitchen for meal prep.

We loved our stay! Audrey and Keith are wonderful hosts. They were quick to respond with any questions or concerns that we had and were very accommodating. The condo was adorable and well stocked with everything we needed, including things for the beach. The grounds are gorgeous and well maintained. We loved having morning coffee on the lanai which gave a beautiful view of the ocean. We highly recommend this property!

We were surprised to find all the accommodations available as if you were going to your sisters home. Extra trash bags, toilet paper, even some aloe lotion. Salt pepper, cooking oil. A real sponge!! Washing detergent. Right?! Like why don’t other places provide these things. They cost a fortune to purchase and we use so little of them! In addition there were two coolers, with ice boxes ready to go in the freezer! We saved a ton of money packing lunches everyday. It didn’t matter what we did, we took 1/2 sandwiches and snacks and drinks and so therefore we only bought appetizers or desserts around town and didn’t waste time sitting down to eat. The condo was perfect! There is no ac in the second bedroom but they had fans that my kids said they were ok with. We watched the complex attendants clean the pool every morning, a full deep clean too! Amazing property. I have never ever stayed in a condo that the kitchen was completely clean, but this one was! I was shocked! Communication was instant! Also came with beach chairs, umbrella and they had some boogie boards and noodles. The area is convenient, full of life and close to everything. We liked it so much we never left to see the other beaches…except for Hana. Loved it!

Great location and amenities. Host is super sweet and communicative. Gave us good tips and the book in the unit had a lot of good suggestions for nearby food options. Would definitely stay there again.

Condo was extremely clean and well supplied! Loved the extra beach chairs and towels. Balcony in the morning was very relaxing with coffee. Roasters greeted us in the morning! Walking distance to local restaurants, shopping, and beaches.

The property is a short walk from the beach and restaurants. It was clean and had what we needed to prepare our own meals.

The location is what makes this a great place to stay! We were able to walk across the street to a beautiful beach for sunsets and also able to walk to stores. We appreciated having a good kitchen because we cooked breakfast every morning. We also absolutely loved hanging out at night on the balcony.

We enjoyed our stay at this one bedroom condo in kihei. Walk to beach Kam Sand 2, close to restaurants. Reserved parking spot. AC in main family room and master bed worked great. clean. comfortable master bed. good amenities even though we did not cook. beach chairs and umbrella cooler. great communication with host.

Good overall. We found most everything we needed. We found the provisions a bit skimpy such as no Kleenex….and the couch was not very comfortable. The back bedroom was really warm.

My wife and I and two teens stayed 8 nights here and absolutely loved the unit. The check in process was seamless and the owner Audrey was very quick to respond and helpful.The location is great - right across from a great beach and walking distance to great restaurants and shopping. We will be back!

My family of 3 were very happy with everything about this unit and our experience communicating with the owners. The unit is clean and well maintained, and had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. The owners are very kind and responsive. We hope to return and stay in this unit again at some point in the future!

Fun place

The attention to detail at this property was impressive. The grounds featured manicured gardens, the common areas were constantly being cleaned, and the location was within walking distance of the beach, restaurants and shopping. The condo was comfortable and the views from the lanai amazing. We enjoyed our stay here.

This beachfront condo in Kihei, Maui, exceeded all of our expectations! The location is absolutely perfect—just steps from the sand with breathtaking ocean views right from the lanai. The unit was spotless, beautifully decorated, and stocked with a starter kit of essentials for everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We loved falling asleep to the sound of the waves and waking up to stunning sunrises over the water. We can't wait to return and highly recommend this condo for an unforgettable Maui vacation!

Property was exactly as described - clean, spacious common areas and nice appointments. Close to the beach and very walkable to many food options.

Our family of 4 stayed here for 5 nights and it was perfect. There were umbrellas, chairs, coolers, pickleball paddles, and even boogies boards!! The location was great, and the provided parking spot was an easy walk from the elevator. Loved how the kids got separate beds- I'm sure they appreciated it more then we did :) Thank you for letting us stay- we had a great time!

We had such a wonderful week. The condo had everything we needed and was very clean and comfortable. The grounds are just beautiful and pools very nice too. Each evening we crossed the street to witness the beautiful sunset - there is a crosswalk right in front of the complex. Owners were great to work with. Hope to come again.

The property is located in an excellent area close to the beach, shopping & restaurants. The condo was spacious, clean & fully stocked with an amazing view of the ocean! We would definitely recommend & hope to be back one day!

Great location. Nice view. Super close to beaches. Nice area of Kihei. A/C was great for master bedroom and living area. Second bedroom doesn’t have but it stayed cool enough for our daughter. Very clean and had everything we needed. Love the gas stove!

We recently stayed at the Condo in Maui, Hawaii, from April 16 to April 20, and it was a delightful experience. The condo provided a serene escape for my family of four, with the soothing soundtrack of birdsong greeting us each morning. Our breakfasts on the patio became a cherished routine, complete with a friendly little bird we affectionately named Red. One of the highlights of our stay was the condo's ideal location. Not only did it offer a peaceful atmosphere, but it was also conveniently situated for exploring all that Maui has to offer. Whether we were venturing locally or taking scenic drives to discover new sights, the condo served as the perfect home base. Moreover, the hosts were incredibly responsive and accommodating throughout our stay. Their attentiveness ensured that we had everything we needed for a comfortable and memorable vacation. We're grateful for their hospitality and for sharing their lovely condo with us. Overall, our time at the Condo in Kihei was nothing short of wonderful. From the tranquil surroundings to the warm hospitality, it exceeded our expectations in every way. We can't wait to return for another unforgettable stay in the future.

Loved, loved, loved this place. Close to a lot of activity but also quiet.

We spent 5 nights at this beautiful condo, which is perfectly located across the street from the beach. The condo was very clean and perfectly equipped with everything you could need. The balcony had a perfect view of the ocean and we spent a lot of time eating and relaxing there. The beds were very comfortable. I found the complex to be very quiet since it is back from the main road. My daughter had a wonderful time in her twin bed and swimming in the two community pools. We had a question at check in and the host responded immediately, which I really appreciated. This is a great place for a family wanting to enjoy the beach and walk to the great restaurants in Kihei.

Great location and great unit for family of 4

Property was clean and wonderfully comfortable for our family of four. Location was ideal as right across the beach and within walking distance for food and shopping (and shave ice). Host communication was excellent.

This condo was fantastic - it was spacious, clean, the best hosts we could ask for, and just had everything we needed to be comfortable. The view was also incredible! Everything was so great but we likely wouldn't recommend this particular unit to a family with toddlers as the drive way was a long steep battle after a day at the beach but otherwise it was absolutely perfect!

I went with my husband and 2 friends. Walking to the cinnamon roll place they put in the book abd watching the sun rise was beyond peacefull. Definitely try and see as much as possible. The island is beyong beautiful. The house has everything you need. But if someone is sleeping in the spare bedroom make sure to open the windows it helps alot with the breeze at night. Plus the fan in the closet you can put at the door
