This condo is managed by PMI Maui, a local Real Estate Brokerage that specializes in vacation rentals. We are located within a mile of the resort and available 24/7. This condo is extremely well equipped with everything you need to have a great vacation experience. We are committed to provide our guests a clean and sanitized unit, by following enhanced cleaning protocols developed by experts in the health and hospitality industry. Enjoy the shaded lanai to relax or dine outside while taking in the ocean and garden views of the 15 acre tropical resort. The condo is located across the street from one of Maui's nicest beaches which is great for the entire family to enjoy swimming and snorkeling. Within walking distance there are world class restaurants, shopping, and golf courses. The resort has a 24 hour front help desk, internet access, and an activities desk.

To Reserve The Condo, We Take A $400.00 Deposit And The Balance Is Due 30 Days Prior To Your Arrival.
Cancellation Policy: If you cancel prior to the balance being due (30 days prior to arrival), nothing further for the reservation would be processed and you would only forfeit the deposit. If you cancel after paying in full, we will refund you for any nights that we are able to rebook, minus the $400.00 deposit. If we were to close to tourism, you would be fully credited the amount that you have paid towards a future booking and the balance would not be processed. Travel Insurance is available and strongly encouraged.

The checkin process was easy, the people at the front desk were super warm and welcoming, the unit was lovely, and it was a great location!We didn't use the pool or gym, so I can't report on those, but the units were so close to the beach, we were able to easily go everyday to the perfect slice of beach. The units were equipped with a cooler, chairs, an umbrella, and towels, so it was super helpful for the beach days! The umbrella in our unit was slightly broken, so that likely just needs to be replaced, but it was still super reliable! The AC units worked great, the TVs worked great, the balcony was lovely, and everything felt super clean! It was a great location for nearby food and shopping as well - couldn't recommend this place more!
